We had a wonderful family holiday! It’s important to remember that this is a budget hotel, and with that in mind, it truly exceeded our expectations. The reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—friendly, helpful, and always accommodating. The pool was fantastic—family-friendly and perfect for us. Even though we had access to nearby hotel pools, we didn’t feel the need to use them because we loved the one here so much. The food was delicious. With a picky 13-year-old in tow, we were pleased to find that menu adjustments were happily accommodated. The staff even offered a separate curry for my son-in-law, who has a nut allergy—such thoughtful service! The rooms were basic but clean. We asked for extra pillows and an additional fan (since the air conditioning was only in the main bedroom), and both requests were met without any fuss. I highly recommend this hotel. The location was ideal—close to shops, bars, the beach, and local activities. It was a relaxing and memorable holiday for all of us.

hotel a due passi dal mare e dai locali di Faliraki (che è la zona più turistica dell'isola) camere ampie e tenute sempre pulite, ristante molto buono, abbiamo cenato in struttura diverse volte ed è davvero buono. piscina comodissima ed accessibile a tutte le ore, che dire, ve lo consigliamo!!

I think Faliraki is a very nice place but Ido not recomended accomodation in this hotel after my experience. Unpleasant and arrogant receptionist can completely ruin yout vacation. I don't consider the cleanness to be sufficient. A food included is average, but drink is for extra money.

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. We were there for a week and they only once cleaned our room and changed towels. The bathroom was quite poor. The shower was impossible to use without getting water all over the bathroom. Food is the same everyday. Breakfast - small sausages with beans in tomato sauce. The service was horrible and unpleasant. Arriving at the hotel, we waited 20 minutes until the manager appeared. After the meal, the manager asks to remove the dishes from the table!!!!. He said there was a lack of workers. I do not recommend this resort

Excellent hotel for the money. All inclusive. Nice service and delicious food. The staff is responsive and you will never be without help, they will show and tell you everything. I recommend it for a holiday with family or with friends. Fantasia hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible structure! There are no stoves in the apartments, but instead there are cockroaches! At the table you have to clear the table, because you take food from the buffet with the tray! At the table you have to pay for water and the meal times are unthinkable! Breakfast is from 7 to 9 and dinner from 18 to 20... absurd! The sea is not 300 meters away as it is on the website but 600! The food is always the same and breakfast for us Italians is practically non-existent! The only positive note is the cook and his wife of infinite kindness! Highly not recommended!

Very relaxed small family run hotel. Our two rooms were spotless, not much variety to choose from daily food wise but always fresh and tasty. I enjoyed the food, my partner not so much. Great spot, 10 mins walk to the beach, in quiet area but only five minutes walk to the start of bars and restaurants. Really enjoyed it.

Family atmosphere and very friendly. Excellent location 10 minutes walk from the sea and very close to the center of Faliraki with shops, restaurants and nightlife. Ideal for groups of friends and young couples. Excellent value for money.
