Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. We were there for a week and they only once cleaned our room and changed towels. The bathroom was quite poor. The shower was impossible to use without getting water all over the bathroom. Food is the same everyday. Breakfast - small sausages with beans in tomato sauce. The service was horrible and unpleasant. Arriving at the hotel, we waited 20 minutes until the manager appeared. After the meal, the manager asks to remove the dishes from the table!!!!. He said there was a lack of workers. I do not recommend this resort

Terrible structure! There are no stoves in the apartments, but instead there are cockroaches! At the table you have to clear the table, because you take food from the buffet with the tray! At the table you have to pay for water and the meal times are unthinkable! Breakfast is from 7 to 9 and dinner from 18 to 20... absurd! The sea is not 300 meters away as it is on the website but 600! The food is always the same and breakfast for us Italians is practically non-existent! The only positive note is the cook and his wife of infinite kindness! Highly not recommended!

Very relaxed small family run hotel. Our two rooms were spotless, not much variety to choose from daily food wise but always fresh and tasty. I enjoyed the food, my partner not so much. Great spot, 10 mins walk to the beach, in quiet area but only five minutes walk to the start of bars and restaurants. Really enjoyed it.

Ambiente familiare e molto amichevole. Ottima posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e molto vicino al centro di Faliraki con i negozi, i ristoranti e la vita notturna. Ideale per compagnie di amici e giovani coppie. Ottimo il rapporto qualita' prezzo.

Sweet breakfast almost absent, for dinner chicken, beans, corn, sauerkraut etc. offered again for 7 consecutive days, a tragedy for Italians. Good swimming pool open 24 hours, poor room cleaning, every 3 days. We certainly won't go back, but we know well that we Italians are used to our made in Italy which has no rival, both for cleanliness and for hospitality and good food! Beautiful location.. terrible restaurant, a week of re-purposed and reheated wine, poor breakfast and without any hygiene rules. Cats running around between the tables with related needs. What can we say about meal times? Breakfast until 9 and dinner from 7 to 8, not even time for a shower for those who love being by the sea. In a week the room was redone only once and not a single change of linen. The cleanliness of the structure was very poor. Great place! The people who run this place are great! Very nice rooms! Nice big swimming pool, also good food, pool table and many more things to discover. Close to the beach and shops. Second time here!
