Oh dear… we arrived quite late as our appointment was delayed ! Bus dropped us off there was no signs how to check in or where to go it was just dark and in the middle of nowhere! Where we did eventually find the reception the bloke was very nice gave us two cheese rolls unfortunately they used mustard and these which my husband doesn’t like. And they told us that the all-inclusive finishes at 11 so we couldn’t even get a drink thankfully we had a double-decker and some water in our bag. Our room was stunning very clean beautiful swimming pools. We were starving so got so early for breakfast a good start I had some lovely pancakes husband had an omelette which was all very nice however I do find the cheese is very salty. Coffee is excellent specially as it out of the machine.👌 Lunch was okay if you enjoy salad it wasn’t much choice, but it was good Then evening meal whilst a bit of a disaster. Nowhere to sit, no food no choice I could cry it was absolutely rubbish. There was no chips all the trays with the food were in were empty. They were literally bringing out one tray of food and then everyone grabbed it because everybody was hungry. The restaurant is way too small for the size of the hotel and the food that we did have Was scraping the barrels and it was cold and bland. My tip is take some rolls and croissants with you at breakfast and lunch that way when you get to dinner you’re not so hungry cause there really was nothing to eat. Alternatively you’ll have to pay to go into the town for some decent food. I am devastated about this beautiful stunning hotel has disappointed to be so much with the food situation. I did read a few reviews about the food. We are not fussy people but my God they need to sort it out what a disappointment, especially when it should be all inclusive. 😢😢😢

I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help — especially Spyros, who truly stood out with his excellent service and warm attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay!

We are here now the hotel is stunning. The rooms are beautiful. The staff are lovely the pools are all extremely clean. Very picture postcard, just a beautiful location for a holiday however the food…. Omg where actually is it? 1 tray of chips every 5 mins for a full hotel, a few pork skewers which were fatty, fish just went. All the veg ran out there was literally nothing to eat! I asked for butter several times and no one got me any. The bread is hard and what food I did have was cold! What a disappointment and this is our 1st night 😢

From the moment we arrived at White Dream Resorts, we knew we were in for a special experience. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel right at home. The resort itself is absolutely stunning – pristine white buildings surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. We spent our evenings watching the sunset over the sea, a perfect way to end each day

The hotel itself is great. Clean, modern, relaxed vibe and the staff all appeared friendly. Food and drink: However our main problem was the food, there was not a standout meal, everything was bland and a lot of the food was dry as if it had been sat around… even the cucumber was dry… a vegetable that is 96% water. The desserts were all very similar (mouse based desert or jelly). It seemed to always be a bit of a burden over the entire day as every meal breakfast, lunch and dinner were not enjoyable (apart from the pancakes at breakfast). There was a lack of fresh fruit and the cereal I had was stale (I had this multiple mornings and it wasn’t a one off), the ice cream was extremely cheap tasting. All of the fish I had had no flavour at all as if it had every bit of life boiled/poached out of it. We did start eating out towards the back end of our stay as we couldn’t deal with it anymore. Neither of us are picky eaters but what we do expect is that the food should be better than something you can cook at home when you are paying out large amounts of money. We were watching other people’s reactions to the food as they sat down and I would say it was quite apparent the majority of people had the same feeling towards the food. The other issue we found with the eating situation was that the food started to get put away around 45mins before they were actually meant to stop serving so make sure you get there about a hour before the time it is meant to shut to ensure you can guarantee you can get as much selection as possible. The cocktails were all very sweet I do have a sweet tooth however after 2 or 3 I was a bit fed up of them, a lot of the cocktails seemed to be funny neon colours which would also suggest to me they are very sugary. The local beer they have on tap wasn’t really for me either, it was a bit fruity tasting which I personally don’t really like in a lager but other people will like it. The iced coffees were nice but as far I we were aware you couldn’t get any flavourings. Which didn’t bother me but again will bother others. Room: When we arrived at the hotel we were fortunate to be given a free room upgrade… which is always a great start to your holiday. The room was clean and seemed fairly up to date and well looked after. The bed was comfy but maybe a bit too soft for me but that’s just preference I guess. The issues we did find were that the aircon rarely worked (I have read this in other reviews) I think it worked for around 3 days of the 7. The room key holder that allows the electricity to work in your room broke on day 2 however this issue was quickly resolved which was great. Hotel in general: Everything was clean and tidy inside and out. Cleaners were regularly going around the site obviously as well as the rooms. As we started at the first week of opening for the season the outdoor bar wasn’t open for half of our stay but when it was it was a nice place to chill out at night. The pool bar was never in use fo

Beautiful hotel! Elena and Antonis were both particular highlights for us; attentive, friendly and welcoming. Elena looked after us on arrival and was always on hand if we needed anything. Antonis looked after us every evening, always cordial and funny (BIG disaster!). The hotel itself is modern, beautiful and had every on site amenity required to mean you won’t need to leave for the entire stay. Buffet food was plentiful and good quality. I could eat my body weight in cheese pie, so I vote for more of that please!! Beautiful pools and surroundings, we obviously went at the end of the season, so there was plenty of space. But I could imagine in the high season that it may be a bit of a race to secure a sun bed. We promised Antonis that we will return, and absolutely intend to come back. Thank you all for your hospitality.
