Superb hotel and very pleased with our choice, EasyJet Holiday and checked trip advisor before booking. Week in late May 2025, we arrived at the hotel just before 10pm and met by very friendly and accommodating reception staff and invited to have meal and drinks as restaurant was closing, very nice gesture. Checked in to our room and them to bar for a few drinks. It was evident the hotel was full, you just need to manage you stay to get the best out of it, and plenty of space around pools, large grass area and large beach area. As there were six adults in our party Conceige were very helpful to book the numerous A La Carte restaurants, all were excellent especially the last sitting for Sushi and ‘champagne’. The brunch in the Mexican Restaurant was also a treat too. This hotel has a winning formula for me and my family and if all Mitsis hotels were as good, then they deserve the success. Michalis waited on us we rented one of the massive sun beds was definitely worth it we had the best day the best service I love it here he was very accommodating checked on us a lot and made sure we was comfortable. He always checked it drinks was needed and we really enjoyed the water sports on the beach 😍 had the best time in Falaraki.

We had a fantastic fun 10 days at Mitsis Faliraki. The staff are amazing (all but one) and really made our whole stay hugely enjoyable. We would not hesitate to book again. Too many to staff to name however we would just like to mention Louisa, Olga, Yiannis (buffet) Christos and Grigoris (al a cartes) as we did not manage to FB post and mention their fantastic service whilst we were there. We can highly recommend the al a carte restaurants and love meeting up with some of the team from the Grand Hotel now working at Faliraki temporarily. We also have to say that the buffet restaurant was probably the best in a long while, thank you. The pools are great and loved the sandy beach with great drinks service from both Mikalis and Nicos. Evening entertainment was great most nights. Faliraki is on the doorstep if one particular night is not your bag. Easy bus to Lindos and Rhodes so a great location. Thank you all, J&P

Firstly I would like to thank Luisa for her help,she is a total asset to the hotel. This was our 5 th visit and I wasn’t as impressed as on earlier visits. I can’t fault the bars or the waitresses,my main complaint here was that they ran out of Metaxa frequently,this isn’t really good enough. The a la carte restaurants and staff,I really have no complaints and the main restaurant was on par with other Mitsis hotels. The room was adequate and always clean and tidy,my main complaint here was the lack of treats in the room,going down from every day to once a week. After the problem with points and the tax going up,I expected a decent quote for 1 week starting on Oct2 nd.I was told this was impossible as the hotel is busy,quoted 50 euros a night more than I paid in May.As a storyteller mentor ,I was very surprised at this attitude. We enjoyed our holiday,bur little things let us down.

Beste Unterkunft von allen Reisen bisher. Die Leistung und Freundlichkeit hat alles übertroffen! Alles ist sehr sauber, Essen ist super und vielfältig, alle Mitarbeiter*innen bis ins Management & Rezeption sind hilfsbereit. Die Abendshows sind unterhaltsam und Wassergymnastik war toll!

We stayed at the Mitsis Faliraki from 3rd to 8th May and we had an amazing time! The food was amazing, especially in the a la Carte restaurants and the staff are so friendly and accommodating! I have recommended this hotel to so many people and a friend of mine has already booked for June with her family! The rooms are a little outdated but very clean and spacious. The facilities and area are great too. Overall, I will be coming back to this hotel!

Sehr professioneller Hotel Service wird hier geboten, da gibt es wenig auszusetzen. Die Entfernung zur Altstadt Rhodos ist super, alle 20 Minuten fährt ein Bus direkt vor dem Hotel ab und man ist in einer halben Stunde in einer traumhaften Gegend angekommen. Zur Erkundung der Insel am besten im Mai anreisen und zum Baden im Meer sind September und Oktober (auch bis Mitte November ) die besten Monate, so sagten es mir die einheimischen Leute. Probiert bitte unbedingt das Nimmos Fish Restaurant aus in der Altstadt Dionysioy 2 (Alhadef Sq.) - da erlebt ihr Gaumenschmaus.
