We stayed at this amazing 5-star hotel for six days and absolutely loved it! The all-inclusive option was totally worth it — the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets had a great variety of delicious dishes, including plenty of gluten-free and vegetarian choices, which was a huge plus for us. The à la carte restaurants were also fantastic, serving really tasty and beautifully presented meals that felt special every time. What really made our stay stand out, though, was the staff: everyone was so friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. It made us feel truly welcome. The location couldn’t be better, right next to the beach, and the hotel’s private pool was clean and perfect for relaxing. Our room was spotless and kept tidy every day, which we really appreciated. Came with my girlfriend for a week and can’t fault this hotel. Brilliant staff, great food and top facilities. You are a stones throw from town as well which is great if you want to experience bar street or any local amenities. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are a couple or a family.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt - absolut empfehlenswert! Ich habe kürzlich Mitsis Faliraki besucht und war rundum begeistert. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen, das Personal war überaus freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück: Es war reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und von hervorragender Qualität. Auch das hauseigene Restaurant hat uns mit kreativen und schmackhaften Gerichten begeistert. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, sodass man alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem erreichen kann. Auch der Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Pool hat uns begeistert und war genau das Richtige zum Entspannen. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt im mitais ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

We stayed at Mitsis Faliraki for 9 nights with our family, expecting a true 5-star experience. Unfortunately, it fell far short of our expectations and, in our opinion, doesn’t even meet a solid 4-star standard. We’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and this was one of the more disappointing stays. Food Hygiene Concerns Shortly after dining at their “Ellinadiko” restaurant, our entire family came down with high fever, vomiting, and stomach problems. We reported this to the guest relations team, who told us we were the only ones affected and blamed it on a possible virus. However, we later noticed multiple families with the same symptoms, which points toward a more serious hygiene issue. Unclear Dishware and Service Standards Food and drinks were often served on dishes and glasses that didn’t appear properly cleaned. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, this lack of basic cleanliness was extremely disappointing and concerning. Beach is Public, Not Private Another letdown was the beach. It is public, not private, which meant it was often crowded and lacked the exclusivity and comfort typically expected at a luxury resort. Dining Reservations are Inconvenient To dine in any of the à la carte restaurants, you have to make a reservation in advance. If you don’t, you're left with limited options or have to eat at the main buffet (Jasmine). This system is inconvenient and creates unnecessary stress during a supposed relaxing holiday.

I love the layout of club 8 the experience and food was amazing and the hotel is lovely and calm there’s absolutely nothing I would change it’s just a dream
