Venezia Resort Hotel

We came back this year and stergos in reception was amazing again as he was last year helping us with everything we needed he was always polite and helpful the hotel has had a massive upgrade from last year and the rooms with pools are literally to die for all the staff are very helpful and polite but stergos always went out of his way to say good morning and took time to ask how our day was and be genuinely interested I 100% recommend this place and even my friends and family are getting ready to book for 2026 I travel a lot and honestly nothing will ever beat this place or the hotel so again thank you Venezia for finishing off my travels for the year with the best holiday again I cannot wait to be back in 2026 and look forward to seeing you all again the sad part is I have to now leave

Had the best stay and want to thank Stergos for making it extra special. The hotel was super accommodating to my family and I and couldn’t ask for more. Super accessible food and drinks, lovely staff and great location. 10 minutes into town for a great night out!

Just got back home after a lovely 11 days at Venezia Resort ,where both me and my girlfriend have never been before.The room was great and spot on ,but got to say the infinity pool was the star of the holiday.Great weather never fell below 31°so air con was a life saver ,had a few trips out to Rhodes town was great to enjoy the new and old on offer .Also trip to Faliraki to enjoys loads of shops and a beach to chill in the sun or do many water sports .But for me the lovely welco e we got from min one from the staff made our holiday ,from the receptionist who greeted us with a smile and made us feeling wecome .To the staff each day at breakfast, lunch or dinner always hello with a smile and hello .And the entertainment people who would look after us all ,get u to do many things to past the time.And for me the Bar staff in the day always keeping the drinks coming ,we got to know one bar staff really well and made it great for us ,banter was funny ,with a smile and a credit to the Resort and we gave him a tip to say thank and will definitely going back there 10/10.

Incredible Hotel! Me and my boyfriend just came back and the hotel made our trip. 20 minute walk from Faliraki was lovely, and taxis that the hotel called for you were €10 each way, they came so quickly! A lot of people said the food was the same, 1) I don’t know what people would expect from an all inclusive 2) I didn’t even find this. They had different themes each night and the food was very different, included in the booking was a complimentary sit down meal in the adults only area which was a nice touch! Three different pools, a smaller family one, big one with activities, and an adults only section (which we absolutely loved) All inclusive drinks available in all pools, and there was a constant supply of gyros, burgers and pizza in one of them! The room was lovely, on our first night our AC was broken so they upgraded us to the luxury hot tub suite for a night which was so fun! We moved into our room, which was also lovely! We had an amazing time at Venezia and would 100% recommend it!

Important to know before you book – honest review: We stayed in Venezia Resort for a week (11/9 – 18/9) and while we enjoyed our vacation, we think the following is important to point out: In the evening you have two options to drink if you stay all inclusive: one is in the bar next tot he restaurant and one is outside. The bar next to the restaurant is inside, humid, and it’s clear there has been smoked inside in the vicinity. So not at all what we want on a relaxing vacation. The bar outside is the one where the animation program happens. Sadly it is not possible to sit there and have a drink while relaxing because the music and animation is so incredibly loud. My girlfriend and I weren’t able to talk to each other and we sat all the way in the back. This isn’t chill or relaxing at al land is just annoying (“Checky checky”). We tried to sit on the balcony of our room but here it was still extremely loud. We also don’t think we need to stay in our room when we pay for a relaxing all-in vacation (which clearly is how Venezia Resort profiles itself in their marketing). When I talked about it at the reception their first reaction was to make me feel like I was the problem. When we reached out to the touroperator the hotel staff wanted to offer us another room, but after thinking about it we didn’t feel the need to switch rooms since that wasn’t a solution to the problem (again, who wants to spend every evening in their hotel room when they paid for an all-in experience?). One reception employee suggested to go to the Marrakesh Azur restaurant but drinks aren’t included after 18h so that was also a no go. Besides tbe issue above our vacation was nice. Special shoutout to Emanuel the bartender and the extremely kind lady that cleans tables in the restaurants (didn’t catch her name). They went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible. The food was decent and there was a lot of variety. Only during the day it was always the same but this didn’t bother us. We went to the Marrakesh Azur restaurant for the a la carte but that was very underwhelming. If I went to a restaurant here and they served me that I would not be happy. Luckily enough we booked early so we just went to the regular restaurant to get our bellies filled. The room we stayed in was more than okay and was very clean. The drain can’t handle the shower when on full pressure and there was no dry rack for towels/swimsuits, but these things were minor details and didn’t bother us at all. In general we had a good time but we made sure we went out some evenings to find some peace and coziness which can’t be the purpose of a vacation in an all-in hotel.

Booked this all inclusive off a recommendation from a colleague and it was excellent and didn't disappoint on any counts. All staff were friendly and helpful, a bit of everything for everyone who visits.
