Lovely hotel, friendly staff and very clean. However, there were no wet floor signs when they are cleaning which led to my grandad slipping up and smacking his head. I had also fallen over due to no sign up. All entertainment and drinks stop at 11:00am and you had to go back to your room. Not allowed to sit with your family and have conversations as they kick you out which really let this hotel down. Lifeguard in snack bar pool is very rude and shouts at the kids making them cry and feel uncomfortable. Only air conditioning fans in the restaurant which don’t do anything so your sat there sweating while eating. Food was ok for the first few days and then it becomes the same and is very bland. Food at snack bar was fantastic. Kids entertainment in the evening is the same 4songs every night and it drives you mad. I wouldn’t recommend anymore than a week at this hotel.

Great hotel. Stayed for 14 nights. Food is good but will get repetative, but wide selection for all types of eaters. Snack bar is great and the staff really friendly. 3 great pools. Our little boy loved the bottom pool with the slides, Billy the lifeguard down there was brillIant! and the middle pool. Bar is great. Special shout out to the bar staff, Maria, Emanuel & Jamie! Animation team, Nico, Jet, Rio, Louise & Lauren absolutely fab! You all worked tirelessly to make are holiday fantastic we would recommend this hotel to all and will be looking to return at some point. Thank you all at Venezia from the Jenkinson family and Blue lagoon girl

We zijn net terug van 13 heerlijke dagen bij Hotel Venezia en wat hebben we genoten. Vanaf het eerste moment voelde alles goed. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en altijd in voor een praatje of een helpende hand. Het eten was elke dag weer top, zoveel keus en alles smaakte fantastisch. Je merkt echt dat er veel aandacht aan wordt besteed. Het hotel is lekker schoon en alles wordt netjes bijgehouden, van de kamers tot de zwembaden. Over de zwembaden gesproken, ze zijn prachtig en perfect onderhouden. Het animatieteam verdient echt een pluim. Wat een enthousiasme en energie, ze zorgden steeds voor gezelligheid en maakten het iedereen naar de zin zonder opdringerig te zijn. Kortom, we hebben een geweldige tijd gehad bij Hotel Venezia.

The hotel itself is ok and nice and clean always ,most staff are friendly and polite ,food -first couple of days you think this is ok and manageable after few days you will change your mind very samey- my biggest bug bare was the 11pm finish no drinks or you wasn't allowed to just sit and talk to our family MUST !! Go back to the room ,I not a child an having to apply to this rule was not to my pleasing 😒 there are rules here and if you do not follow them you will be told off like a child haha

Fijn hotel met veel zwembaden. Plek zit op 20 min lopen van faliraki stad. Het animatie team is super leuk, of je nou kind ben of volwassen, ze hebben voor iedereen een programma. Iedere avond krijg je ook een show te zien, en deze verschilt dag per dag.

Just got back from a 10 night stay at the Venezia. Two adults one child (15) Really enjoyed our stay the hotel is lovely and clean and the food and drinks were great! I was disappointed with the evening entertainment but tbf I haven’t been to many all inclusive hotels were the entertainment has been good. In my personal opinion if you’re travelling with kids under 12 they will love it. Lots to keep them entertained. The hotel is a 20min walk down hill into the main Faliraki *****. We used to stop half way at the Thomas sports bar at the end of the hotel road for a beer check point. If you want to watch any sports while your away Thomas bar is the place to go 🍺. Anyway we heard lots of mixed reports about this hotel and we came away happy with our holiday. Red hot 🥵 atm it’s been 40+ all week with evening temperatures in the mid to late 30s. The hotel never seemed overly busy, never had an issue getting a sunbed or queuing at the bars. Overall a good holiday 👍🏻😎
