Very beautiful and quite hotel, breakfast is no very big but everything is delicious, homemade and there is variety. Food and cocktails are really worth trying and are not expensive. The staff is very friendly and trying to help you. I will definitely come back.

We stayed in June 2025 and had a fantastic time. The hotel is clean and the pictures are true to life. The pool is great, and we were always able to get a sunbed or canopy, not matter what time we went down. The staff were really friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was great - there were some changes daily, but it was generally consistent. Given the array of drinks, pastries, cold meats and cheeses, breads, yoghurts, eggs and hot food, there was plenty of variety. The centre of Faliraki and the beach is in walking distance. Overall, it’s a great hotel with a quiet and peaceful vibe - and the food at the pool bar served all day is really high quality.

We have been here multiple times and every stay is perfect. The pool is beautiful and always a chair available. It’s always quiet and laid back. Easy to get to, far enough out of the busy Faliraki but close enough to walk in at will. The people here are some of the kindest people we have met and nothing is ever too much to ask. We had an amazing stay again and will be coming back next year. Always look forwards to seeing the owner Yannis and his family, very friendly and welcoming people. Thank you for having us!

Very welcoming after a delayed flight. Nothing was too much trouble for Marie and her family. Very Friendly staff. Rooms clean and tidy. We changed rooms to a lower floor as my husband had a bad back. Overall very helpful very friendly and very accommodating. Very relaxing holiday close to all amenities walking distance.

Although the room was nice it wasn’t very clean Bathroom wasn’t clean either Breakfast was terrible, although they state breakfast til 10am we went at 9.30am and they had ran out of most things and weren’t replacing them. Got little to no sleep as people were sat most the night in the bar talking loudly

The owner of the hotel is incredibly rude and quite frankly, acts as if he is one of the guests. Our night of arrival was completely ruined by poor management, terrible security and even worse communication. For which, we received nothing but an angry manager shouting the place down at us at ‘breakfast’. As for the breakfast (if you can call it that), it was hardly worth getting out of bed for. Overall, we were left feeling very uncomfortable the whole week and incredibly dissapointed by our holiday which we had waited so long for. My partner and I work incredibly hard as apprentices to save up for nice holidays, and this was horrendous. It’s true - you get what you pay for, and if you are looking for an enjoyable holiday with a laidback and fun vibe, this is not the place for you!!!

Very Personable Staff & Great Location!!
The best part of my stay at Madison was their superior customer service. The hotel is a family owned property & they passionately care about the comfort of each guest. The complimentary breakfast each morning is great & this property also serves lunch & late night food at a very fair price.
The hotel is a comfortable walking distance to the main part of the town!
