Cactus Suites

We booked one night at Cactus Suites and found ourselves in a little slice of paradise right on the beach. The breakfast — where you select from a checklist menu — was absolutely magical, especially with the stunning view of the sea. The family who runs the hotel is incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. Our room, which included a private hot tub, was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by another night. If we’d had more time, we would’ve stayed even longer. Even if you’re not staying overnight, make sure to stop by the restaurant for lunch — the food is fantastic!

The place has two big suites by the sea, just one or to minutes walk from the beach. There is a restaurant on the beach itself, where breakfast is served while you watch the nice views, from 9am to 11am. The suites has a terrace with jacuzzi and sun beds, a very big double shower, and a modern big space with the bed. A big problem is the noise from the street. The suites are very close to the road so you can here every car or motorcycle passing by, not fun especially at night. You also may here music from the bars around until late hours. The suites are located well in Faliraki, so you can get to the centre by few minutes walk, where you can find many bars, restaurants and clubs. All the beaches around offer various watersports activities. You can also take a taxi for 10 euros the Anthony Quinn’s bay or Ladiko beach, super recommend. For Rhodes town you can use the bus, there are some close stations at the close to the suites.
