You cannot fault this hotel. 10 minute walk from centre. Warm welcome & friendly staff Cleanliness & upkeep is impeccable Worried before arrival about the negative food reviews but choice and quality are restaurant standard. More like a 5 star hotel, book now !!

This hotel was not what we expected. The room was not clean we had asked for a double bed and got two single beds. Went to reception and spoke to staff ( should have taken his name) he was very rude and I have never experienced such behaviour he started shouting at us and said obscene words which I will not repeat. NEVER book your stay here until they resolve this behaviour from staff.

We stayed at this wonderful and welcoming family run hotel 3-10 August 2025. The rooms were newly decorated and very clean and tidy. The cleaners came in every day. It resembled a minature version of a 5 star hotel. We were happy with the All-inclusive food which was lovely and of a good variety to cater for all tastes. The included drinks were more than satisfactory which also catered for all tastes. We cannot fault this hotel for the quality and price.

Jonty, Monty, Hugo, Tarquin and I visited this hotel on a rugby tour and it was biblical mateee! Special shout out to Dmitris and his missus for keeping the beers poured and the banter flowing. Cocktails were strong and tasty, especially with Monty dropping his nutz in them every five minutes. Decent scran too, just don't ask Jonty what he had to do with the banoffee pie when he lost at three card mateee 🤣🤣.. I'm saying nothing 😈🍆🍑🥧 Rooms were clean and tidy, only downside was it being on the third floor, so a bit further for the chicas to walk (or waddle), especially on the way out if you know what I mean. Will be back next year, hopefully with a few more sp**k monkeys

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel we arrived around 9pm we didn’t feel welcomed as we walked into the hotel. The hotel owner didn’t seem to look like he knew what he was doing. We can’t fault the hotel room and cleaners. The only issue with the room was the shower flooded every time you went for a shower the temp of the water fluctuates between cold and scolding hot. The food looked and tasted inedible the same food was on everyday it never changed. The all inclusive drinks didn’t run through the whole day they stoped for 3 hrs during the day even though it states the bar is open from 10 am till 10pm. The bar man was lovely always made you feel welcomed. One woman worked most nights for dinner never had a smile on her face. You asked for a beer she wouldnt say a thing and bang the drink on the side to you. The owner would also complain at you if you came into the hotel late “saying where having you been” “why you coming in this late” “keep the noise down” whilst he slept on sofa in the lobby and his wife sleeping on a chair. He would then threaten you saying he would kick you out the hotel. Whilst we where there we also experienced him coming out to the pool and screaming a child for jumping into the pool. But isn’t that what a pool is for being able to have fun? He seemed like the fun police. He also would just sit at his reception desk and watch the cctv all day. We also noticed that most of the English had orange wristbands and where treated differently to those who where from else where and had blue wristbands. There was no security in the hotel all doors where kept wide open anyone could of walked in.

My wife and I stayed at Tsampika Hotel Faliraki from the 9th to the 15th of May as a surprise birthday trip for her. Her sibling and their partners joined us from the 11th to the 15th, making a total of 12 people across 6 rooms. While we enjoyed our time together and the location was great, there were several issues worth noting from our stay. Room Experience: When I booked in April, I specifically requested a double bed, but received a message saying that while it couldn't be guaranteed, the hotel would "do their best to accommodate upon arrival." Unfortunately, this did not happen. Out of the six rooms we booked, only one had a double bed – the rest had two single beds pushed together, which easily separated with any movement. This was quite disappointing, especially for couples. Rooms were cleaned daily (except Sundays), and cleanliness was generally good. However, toiletries were very limited – just one small shampoo bottle per person per day, and they were not replenished daily unless requested. I personally had to ask for shampoo three times, and the rest of our family had the same issue. The bathroom design was also inconvenient – there was no shower curtain or screen, causing water to splash and leave the entire floor wet and slippery after every shower. Restaurant & Food: The food in the restaurant was okay, but there were no labels on any dishes, which meant we had to keep asking staff about the food – what kind of meat it was, or whether it was vegetarian. I also noticed walnuts in one of the salads, but there was no allergy information provided, which could be dangerous for those with severe allergies. That said, the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, and did their best to answer questions. Hotel Facilities: WiFi: Excellent throughout the hotel and pool areas. Bar: The best part of the hotel experience. Dimitris Tachramanis, the barman, was absolutely fantastic – welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. His positive attitude and great service truly made our stay more enjoyable. He went above and beyond every day and deserves top praise. Glassware: Some of the drinking glasses were very old and worn out – a small detail, but noticeable and could easily be improved. Overall: The location was great, making it easy to get around Faliraki and explore. The staff in general were kind and hardworking. However, the lack of consistency in room arrangements, toiletry replenishment, and food labeling really impacted our experience. Overall Rating: 3.5 / 5 We made the most of our stay, and Dimitris at the bar truly made it special. With some improvements to room setup, amenities, and food safety practices, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! What a terrible hotel - they say all inclusive but it’s far from this. The drinks and food are not consumable. Dirty old beakers to pour yourself cheap awful draught soft drinks. The beer was clearly out of date and the lines hadn’t been cleaned as the beer was AWFUL!! Food was a joke, cold and inedible. Rooms were filthy, not even a stand for the shower head or a plug for the bath. We left this hotel after our first night, it was a health and safety hazard to my family. Upon checking out was greeted to a hole load of abuse infront of my pregnant wife and son from the old man who sits at reception thinking he runs an empire. Avoid at all costs and don’t waste your money! This hotel is a shambles.
