Good service from the staffs who provide information about local attractions, transports etc. The hotel is a bit old, but clean and still the best choice in Meteora if you are looking for a standard 4 stars hotel.

The staff are helpful and polite. The property is well maintained. Breakfast is well varied and tasty.

There are not many choices of hotels in Kalambaka and we chose this hotel. One thing we need to complaint is the air-conditioner which was not cold at all even after selecting the lowest temperature. Yet, the reception is helpful and the breakfast is good and the breakfast area can view part of the meteora.

Rooms with nice view of the meteora, sufficient parking provided and good breakfast spread, overall wonderful experience!

Checked in during the off-season, and upgraded the room by two levels, which was very considerate. The room has a view of the boulder, and it only takes ten minutes to drive to the observation deck. The facilities are very new and clean. Very satisfied.

The hotel is in a good location and has a parking lot. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are well maintained. The room is large, the sound insulation is not very good, the breakfast is rich, and the overall price/performance ratio is good.

The room is small but warm, the indoor temperature is just right in winter, the breakfast is very good, the waiter is hospitable and very nice, and hot water is provided in the hotel lobby. I will stay here again next time!

The hotel is the most high-end hotel in the area, which is equivalent to three-star hotels in China. Don't expect too much. The hotel is quite large and the breakfast is OK and rich!

Very good! Good location, beautiful scenery! Quiet and elegant! Rich breakfast, close to the attractions! There is a beautiful view outside the window, and the pedestrian street next to the hotel is also very romantic. Very nice!

It's a hotel in a small town. It's pretty good for a night. It's a very convenient hotel. The photo is from the hotel balcony.

The facilities in the room are average and the decoration is old. But the balcony has a great view. The lobby is very unique, the breakfast is standard, the yogurt is especially delicious, and there is a parking space in front of the door, which is convenient for travel.

visiting the mainland of northern Greece a must see the Meteora we chose this hotel because there was a "heated" indoor pool . there is indeed one but when it comes to the temperature in the middle of winter around 25° it's a bit tight when it comes to the hot tub there is one but with the same water as the pool so freezing, there was a hammam and a sauna to warm up that could hold about 8 people. so when it's good because the price is quite high . .....................After the hotel deserves its 5 stars, the common areas: reception, various lounges etc. aesthetics of the pool area (with little extras like the provision of nuts in a jar) the rooms are nothing extraordinary beware they are good. the breakfast is very complete and with a lot of choice and large quantity. .....................thanks to trip. com we got an excellent price (if you go to turkey you will pass through kavala and there a spa hotel with really hot water around 35° will be on your way and it is the URBANBAY hotel and spa.

Good location, convenient parking, nice view

The hotel is relatively large nearby, very close to the town, and the breakfast is OK. The room has a small balcony with a view of Meteora, but it is meaningless because the actual attractions are much more shocking than what you see from a distance.
