高知県の南東の端に位置する室戸岬から、国道55号線を北東に向かって走ること50km弱。高知県の東の端である東洋町から徳島県の西の端である海陽町へ入って間もなく。太平洋を見下ろす丘に上に建つ「ふれあいの宿 遊遊NASA」に着きました。 客室数が２０数室という小さ目の宿ですが、全客室がオーシャンビューなんだそうです。私たちの客室からも入り江の向こうに太平洋が見えました。素晴らしかったのが、翌朝。朝日が、その入り江の向こうの太平洋から登ってきたんです。神々しくて素晴らしかったです。 夕食は、宿のレストランでいただきましたが、近くで獲れた海の幸がふんだんに使われていておいしかったです。
