衛生：床單ok,乾淨整潔，洗手間清潔方面就需要改善
位置 ： 對面就有商場，超市
服務 ：很好，男、女服務員都很親切有禮
設施 ：雙床房很舒適，沖涼水壓如果能大一點會更好。
這個價錢的小酒店， 總結是滿意的。

地理位置優越，周邊有很多小吃。酒店樓下就是停車位，酒店工作人員都會幫忙協調停車，還會幫忙簽收快遞，服務非常熱情，有機會再來。赤坎的碉樓很多很好看，值得多住幾天慢慢玩。

從前台到走廊到電梯等候區充斥着煙味。房間一股潮味。洗手間沐浴區沒有門，也沒有鋪地毛巾，洗完澡整個衞生間都是濕噠噠的。配置的毛巾散邊有毛絮。洗完澡後浴室管道返臭。空調直對床頭很不舒服，加了擋風板之後房間温度一直很高。電視機頂和機頂盒上全是灰。牆面斑駁。不推薦入住。

真的太讚了!一進門就被它優雅的環境所吸引。房間佈置得温馨又舒適，衞生狀況無可挑剔。各種設施都很新，使用起來非常方便。酒店工作人員超級貼心，無論是入住還是退房手續都辦理得高效快捷。餐飲方面，不管是正餐還是點心都精緻美味。住在這裏，讓人感覺格外放鬆愜意，強烈推薦!

前台客服表現理想，對答清楚及有禮貌，唯一是電視接收及wi-fi不穩定，我一直都未能設定房間的wi-fi 只能用到隔離房的wi-fi訊號，另外如浴室的位置因沒有沐浴企缸分離的玻璃門，洗澡時很多水流出洗面盆外的地台，因地下的擋水線也很低。希望可以改善，但整體還是滿意的！
