極差，十年前出差來開平都是住這間酒店，想不到現在再入住簡值不堪設想，浴室無毛巾，傢俬舊。最差的是退房時前枱服務員，不知所謂，本人要求水單，她極不滿意，問我租酒店多少錢？我回答是經攜程訂的，難道妳沒有記錄嗎？她語氣甚差回答説沒有，這位前枱服務員由頭到尾全程黑口黑麪，真的要讓她好好再學習做服務員。永遠不會再入住這間酒店。
