Atour Hotels in Kaili

This was the most satisfying hotel of this trip. While small, it's well-equipped. The service was, without exaggeration, superior to many five-star hotels I've stayed in. The warmth and hospitality were truly heartwarming, and even though we were tired from traveling, we felt incredibly welcome. Upon check-in, I was offered warm honey water and upgraded to a courtyard room. One room reeked of cigarette smoke, so they immediately changed it. The smart features were also very nice, with a sensor-activated night light, and the TV displayed the laundry room availability. On departure, the beautiful Xiao Xiang gave our child a Dragon Boat Festival colored string. Although it was after the holiday season, their thoughtfulness was truly appreciated. The library downstairs was also very popular with the children. This hotel was highly praised by everyone.
