The location is great, very close to the East Gate of Wansui Mountain. The environment is good, clean and bright everywhere. The check-in lady was very kind and helped us with our luggage. Seeing that we had children, she also thoughtfully provided children's slippers and toothbrushes, as well as breakfast coupons. There are free cold drinks and ice cream candies in the lobby. It was a very satisfying stay and I have already recommended it to my friends. Perfect.

Overall evaluation: the kind of excellent that will actively recommend to friends Location: There is a chic small yard, quiet in the middle of noisy; there is a beautiful Longting Lake in front of the door; going out to the left 200 meters is delicious and cheap prosperity, and then 500 meters is the famous Qingming Shangheyuan Scenic Area Yingbin Gate; Going out to the right is the Yulou of the second uncle Gu, the pedestrian street, many restaurants, and the distance from the Drum Tower is also within walking distance. There is its own basement parking lot, which is small but available. The slope of entering and leaving the basement is very steep, testing vehicles and courage 😂 Rooms: Booked a large room suitable for two 10-year-old + baby, two 180 beds, two complete bathrooms separated from wet and dry, but there are three toilets! three! three! Two-child families must know the gold content here. An oversized sofa matches the oversized projection. The whole family watches the joy together. Don't be too cool! Breakfast if stir-fried dishes, especially meat dishes, add labels to indicate what meat will be more friendly. One of the shower glass door sealing strips is not sealed and leaking. 3. Auntie wanted to serve too much. At 8:10, she opened the door and entered the house twice to clean and was asked out. (Sleeping people said they were shocked but okay)

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. I really enjoyed the hotel's overall style and the grand, comfortable decor. What truly stood out was the incredibly warm and professional front desk service; their attitude was genuinely excellent. They upgraded my room and even offered snacks upon check-in. Upon arrival in the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh fruit and drinks, which was a lovely touch. The hotel dinner was also quite good, and it was delivered to my room by very friendly staff. However, I must also point out some areas for improvement: The room's interior decor details were somewhat lacking, with many rough finishes that didn't quite match the hotel's supposed standard (see photos). Housekeeping wasn't as thorough as it could be; I noticed hair and dust in corners that weren't properly cleaned (see photos). After checking into my room, I couldn't find any slippers despite searching everywhere, so I had to request some from room service. The disposable toiletries were of rather low quality; the slippers, in particular, shed fibers that stuck to my feet (see photos). While the hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, honestly, the taste was quite disappointing. For instance, out of eight seemingly different cold dishes, four contained cucumber, making them indistinguishable, and I couldn't even remember their names. Furthermore, many dishes contained garlic. For someone with a garlic allergy, it was incredibly difficult to find anything edible among the many options. My suggestion would be to use garlic only when essential, omit it when possible, and refine the dishes to cater to a broader range of dietary preferences. Finally, I must reiterate that the front desk staff were truly outstanding and incredibly responsive. They even offered a small gift upon my departure, thanking me for my feedback. In conclusion, this hotel is definitely worth revisiting, primarily due to its exceptional hospitality team. If they could address the decor details, housekeeping standards, and breakfast quality, it would be absolutely perfect. I look forward to being pleasantly surprised by improvements on my next visit! I brought my baby to Kaifeng to check in with my friends and did my homework in advance on Trip.com . I chose this hotel with convenient transportation and clean and high ratings. I have lived in oranges elsewhere before, and the overall impression is good. The hotel facilities are also very complete, there is a free coffee machine in the lobby to make coffee, there is a laundry room and treadmill on the sixth floor, next time you come to Kaifeng, you will choose here.

During this trip to Kaifeng, I thought finding a homestay would be a difficult ”battle of landmines”. I searched for countless ones on Ctrip, but was repeatedly disappointed when I conducted on-site inspections. Everything changed until I stepped into the house among the pines. The moment I opened the door, a dreamy garden came into view. Every flower and every stone path seemed to be telling a different kind of poetry, which immediately ”captured” me. As you walk into the lobby on the first floor, you are greeted by an exquisite atmosphere. Every decoration and every light is just right. The room is even more stunning, with soft and comfortable bedding and every detail polished to perfection, from thoughtful little items to a neat environment, with surprises hidden everywhere. The service here is also first-class, warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast gives the taste buds an unforgettable journey. Songjianwushe is really a treasure homestay hidden near Qingming Riverside Park!

The hotel is far away from interesting tourist centers whats a disadvantage. Our suite was very large, with large windows and a nice view to a lake nearby. The service was normal good.

Honestly, this hotel exceeded my expectations. First off, they offer a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to/from the station, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel is relatively new, with a stylish and unique decor. The room itself was very spacious, and the bedding was comfortable enough. However, the air conditioning was quite noisy; even on sleep mode, it was still loud. The hotel's breakfast was excellent, offering freshly cooked noodles, rice vermicelli, and wontons. While the overall selection wasn't vast, all dishes were thoughtfully prepared, including some local specialties. It's officially served until 10 AM, but typically, even if you arrive a bit later, there's still plenty available. Service was also outstanding; the staff were very responsive and eager to help. Overall, it's a great hotel. Regarding the location, it's in the New District, not too far from Wanda Plaza. However, getting to Wansuishan and Qingming Shanghe Garden by a ride-hailing service (like Didi) costs around 20 RMB, and it's a similar distance/cost to Gulou Night Market. If distance isn't a major concern for you, then this hotel is definitely a fantastic choice.

It was truly price-for-value for an international hotel. The room was clean & well-kept. Also, the buffet breakfast was free of charge. What impressed me most was the free laundry facility.

Kaifeng Qingming Riverside Park is a famous 5A-level tourist attraction. Hilton Garden Inn is about five or six kilometers away from Qingming Riverside Park. Although the hotel is a new hotel, there is no uncomfortable smell. The hotel parking lot is relatively spacious, both on the ground and underground. The hotel rooms are relatively clean and tidy. It is a high-end modern and simple style travel hotel. The hotel breakfast is also good, and the dishes of various flavors are also relatively complete. Although there are no good places to eat near the hotel, it is not far from the main commercial district of Kaifeng. In general, the hotel is more suitable for friends who travel by car. On the day we checked in, many friends who also came from Beijing drove to Kaifeng to play and stayed at Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel is not only close to Qingming Riverside Park, but also close to Wansui Mountain Wuxia City. In a word, it is ideal to choose Hilton Garden Inn Kaifeng Qingming Riverside Park for sightseeing!

The overall comfort is very good, the booked more than 30 square twin rooms, the room is spacious, clean, all aspects are good, there is no side facing the street, quiet and comfortable. Hotel cafes, parking lots, laundry rooms, cafeterias are all available. The facilities are quite new and the price is full. The aroma of the corridor in the room is also very good.
