小姐姐服務真的非常好，房間非常整潔乾淨，讓人很回到家了一樣。我們還沒有回去，小姐姐都貼心給我們打開空調。而且距離景點就100米，停車超級方便。下次還要住這裏

優缺點都説説吧，優點：1.位置離景區很近，出門5分鐘到達景區南門。2.整體內外部環境不錯，民宿在小區內🚪，外部環境不錯。3.老闆娘很熱情。缺點：1.房間沒有暖氣，冬天靠空調製熱，空調製熱效果差且噪聲很大。3個房間，衹有倆房間有空調。2.衞生間燈光很暗，漏水嚴重，洗澡後地面全是水。3.配套的洗漱用具質量不高。總體來説，如果衹是最求方便快捷可以選擇，如果對住宿質量要求高的旅客，不建議入住

民宿整體環境不錯，位於鬧事中取靜的小區內，離景點很近。不足是進來不易，早進早走才行，沒有獨立衞浴是最大問題，等別人一家都洗刷完了，也睡着啦，幸好樓下還有一個衞生間。

住的離景區很方便，但是裏面配套太不方便，三間房衞生間衹有一個，還沒有熱水，放10幾分鐘，都上不來，洗個臉都費勁就別説洗澡了！
價格收的最起嗎的配套也得跟上

春節開封是真的人多熱鬧，親子出遊來開封玩住這裏位置太好了，出行方便，別墅區裏停車也方便。性價比極高👍步行到萬歲山武俠城南門就三百米吧，到清明上河園也就1公里，不用擔心堵車，沒地方停車。感謝🙏房東美女熱情的接待。下次再來！

乾淨，舒服，別墅適合家庭出遊。雖然是公共衞生間，但是用的次數不多，3個房間用一個。最重要的是，離萬歲山2分鐘就到了
