First of all, the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and patient. She asked us every day if we had any necessities. The room was clean, tidy, warm and comfortable. The hotel design was stylish and the fragrance was also very nice. When we left the hotel, the female manager at the front desk also gave the children gifts, and personally helped us push the luggage to the intersection and sent us to the car. Thank you very much.

IidoihappyThis is the first time I want to come to this city again because of the service of a hotel.
Let's talk about the service first: from the front desk to the room attendant, they are all friendly and polite. When I arrived at the hotel, a meeting was over and everyone checked out. I waited for a while. When I checked in, the service staff immediately apologized and upgraded the room for free. Arranged to send the luggage to the room. When I entered the room, I saw the welcome fruit, there was a unique sachet on the fruit plate, and a welcome card handwritten by the service staff. Yanming sachet is handmade, with a faint medicinal fragrance. I hung this sachet on my bag. When I am a little tired from traveling by car, I smell it, it is comfortable and refreshing. Such small details touched me again when I left the hotel. The front desk service staff handed me two bags of fruit and said that you were delayed when checking in. Give you supplies on the way. The check-in and check-out are not handled by the same service staff. Such attentiveness is really rare. Especially during the peak of May Day. Two days in Kaifeng, there are surprises when entering the room of Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel. The afternoon tea is exquisite and delicious; the supper is a thick stew of white fungus and lotus seeds and peach gum. Careful words and thoughts should be cherished. I took a picture of this welcome card. Thank you Wang Zhen for your service. Thank you to all the staff who served on 4/29-30.
Let's talk about breakfast. Chinese and Western food are rich. There are many choices. The environment is good. It is next to Jinming Lake. In the morning, I ate in the sunshine and the rippling water, and my appetite was particularly good.
This time, I feel that I have a good vision. It's the first time I stayed in Kaiyuan Mingdu. It's because the travel time is tight. I was moved by the words of a blogger on Xiaohongshu. This hotel is a scenic spot. It's true. Although I slept very late the night before, I was full of energy at 6:30 the next day and walked around the hotel. Jinming Lake deserves the reputation of a royal garden, with picturesque scenery and fresh air. On the third day, I mobilized my family to get up early and take a walk. My family decided not to leave in a hurry in the morning and took a leisurely walk. Leave calmly.
A good hotel will make the trip full of happiness. Slow down the hurried pace and experience that travel is a mobile home. Strangers are not just passers-by, and meeting each other is fate. This is the first time I write about my stay experience for a hotel. I hope it can help friends who come to Kaifeng.
PS: This hotel has a swimming pool and a small zoo in the park (parrots 🦜 and rabbits).

GGuest UserIt was my first time to come to Kaifeng and I stayed at Song Dynasty Bianjing Hotel. The overall feeling was very good. The room layout was generous and elegant, the room was spacious, clean and tidy, the view outside the window was wide, the toiletries were of good quality, and the bathroom and toilet were separated and did not affect each other. I originally wanted to stay for one night, but thought the hotel was nice so I extended it for two nights. The room I booked at that time could not be renewed, but the pretty lady at the front desk gave me a free upgrade and solved the problem. I am very grateful. The hotel is very close to several attractions such as Qingming Riverside Park. As for food, the first floor tripe and soup dumplings next to the hotel are good. The mapo tofu opposite is also very delicious. It is a few hundred meters away from the snack night market. Free milk was delivered to the room in the evening, which was very considerate. The breakfast was also very good, clean, delicious and with a wide variety. In short, I had a very good overall impression of the hotel. The driver told me that the second phase of Qingming Riverside Park is also under construction. I hope I can book this hotel next time I visit the entire Qingming Riverside Park.

YYunleDuring the peak check-in period of May Day, we were prepared for the possibility that the room might be arranged in a corner because the check-in plan was close to the early morning. However, the hotel was very humane and arranged a room upgrade, which gave the family an unexpected reward and satisfied the big bathtub that the children liked. The aunt who added the quilt in the middle of the night was also very professional and insisted on helping to put on the quilt cover and pillowcase. The front desk lady prepared masks and cookies for the children. Papaya milk supper was also prepared for the second night. The feeling of ”home” was felt everywhere. It was a very satisfactory check-in experience. If the family travels with children or the elderly, it is highly recommended to choose a suite.

Mmeiling tooThis is a new place with clean and spacious rooms. The owner is a very pleasant young man, always very obliging and quick to respond to all our requests. Eating shops are within walking distance. One of the shops served delicious yue tiao and soya drink.The sights will need a bit of walking but could still be reached by public bus, although you might have to change buses, depending on where you want to go to. A taxi costs about 18 yuan to the train station/long distance bus station.

GGuest UserThe hotel is pretty nice! The landlady is a nice woman, we used weixin to communicate, there were no problems with it. The room itself is absolutely the same as it is at the photo. It was cold from the very beginning but the air conditioning worked properly and made the room very warm in 30 mins. The street where the hotel is located looks like a quiet Chinese suburbs, don’t afraid of nose, there is absolutely no noise there. It’s near the Henan University and Gulou street. We recommend this place!
