Kagoshima Hotels with Wifi

This is my first leisure trip in 2025. That's a vey good experience trip with my wife. A modern and comfortable lobby lounge area provided a nice coffee area for a easy breakfast before my day trip. On the final day, i enjoyed the full buffet breakfast and staffs were really helpful with that gave people nice day beginning. Onsen provided me an refreshments daily and made me energetic, also relaxed me as happy ending. I forgot the female staff who received my fruit on 14Jan night. She and her colleague assist us to prepare the fruit which purchased outside. It was my nice dessert that night. Another memorable gentleman on 13Jan overnight, i was handling some business during overnight in sudden. Therefore, i went down lobby to complete it. He approached me for assistance and offering me help for wifi service. For the design of lobby, this is very great to locate the front desk towards the main entrance and the most front line to welcome guest. The FO team need to perform the most professional and consistently services. Especially the cold weather, they keep a good image to maintain professional. The shuttle bus driver was nice to take care us every evening back to hotel. For the room reservation, we selected the room with beautiful view Sakurajima and i could enjoy my drip coffee myself to see the sun raise. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Modern hotel with lobby on the 3rd floor. Well located next to the Tenmonkan shopping district and 3 tram stops from Kagoshima Train Station. Breakfast is at Tully's next door with 3 options to choose from. There is a car park behind the hotel but rates are expensive but comparable to the carparks in the area. Hotel rate is capped at 1500yen for parking from 2pm to 12am.

Superb hotel with direct access from JR station, and 1min walk to the tram stop and sightseeing bus stop. Staff was polite and patiently assisted and provided map on information we needed. Lovely bath salts for our use. Self service luggage deposit allowed us to continue exploring the city after checkup. Recommended stay at Kagoshima.

Huge bath tub within the room. Slightly bigger room than japan's average because of that but living area is smaller as a result. There is a sofa in this room but that takes up the space for luggage. Overall pretty good. Just opppsite the jr station with underground access. Sakurajima was covered by clouds when I was there.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel management was excellent, and the room was in great condition. I want to give a special mention to Miss Gotanda 五反田, who guided me after check-in. Her detailed explanations and warm smile set a positive tone even before I checked in. The hotel's hot spring overlooks Sakurajima volcano, enjoy hot spring while watching the sunrise was a truly delightful experience. I will definitely come back again next time.

The staff members were very hospitable. Check in was fast and Jeffrey gave us detailed explanation of the facilities of the hotel. He also greeted us every time he met us in the lobby. While the renovation in the room is old fashioned, it is kept clean. We were very lucky that we had good view of Sakurajima during our two days stay. Breakfast in the lobby cafe and dinner in the Japanese restaurant were good.

I think this hotel is pretty brand new hotel. Every amenities were new one. Hotel employees can speak english. It is very close to Tenmonkandori so comfortable to go anywhere in Kagoshima including the airport

We loved the view from the room, Sakura Island was just in front of us and we could actually see smoke coming out of its crater which was pretty awesome. The pools were also nice and the traditional restaurant near the lobby had some great Japanese food. The service was excellent, too. The only downside was that the bus stop is a bit far and walking to it in the middle of summer isn’t pleasant. But a taxi to the main train station costs around ¥1,800 which isn’t bad.

I think it's the best value for money. Good location, cheap, very clean. There is a coin laundry in the hotel, so it's good for long-term stays. The rooms are on the 12th floor or higher, so it's quiet and you can't hear the sounds of people walking on the street or cars. I slept well. There was a refrigerator, hair dryer, and kettle in the room. The room is not that spacious because it's cheap, but you can open your suitcase, so it's not a problem if you're just going to sleep.

We booked an apartment specifically, not a hotel near the station, for comfort. The facilities and location were as expected, and we had no complaints. But then we had a night of horror! After decades of business trips, this was the first time we encountered an alarm in the middle of the night. We hurriedly dressed and went down the fire escape stairs, but the stairs were full of people and we couldn't go down at all. After a while, we heard from other guests that it was a false alarm of the fire, and it was okay, so everyone went back to their rooms one after another. After that, we heard deafening music in the room, and it was already past 12 o'clock at night. After a while, the hotel staff knocked on the door to explain the false alarm of the fire, apologized, and asked where the music came from. They said that the restaurant on the 13th floor (the building is on the 13th floor) was holding an event, and it would end in ten minutes. Then I remembered that there were all kinds of signs and music in front of the building in the afternoon, but we didn't pay attention to it because we went out to play. The music lasted for a long time, and we really couldn't fall asleep, so we went to the 13th floor to protest, and waited until 1:30 in the morning, when the event ended, before we could go back to the room to rest. I really can't understand why a hotel with less than 10 rooms on one floor would accept an event that lasted until midnight. Isn't the purpose of a hotel to provide guests with a comfortable and quiet resting space? Although the service staff in the store kept bowing and apologizing with an extremely sincere attitude, it was unable to reverse the impact.
