The air conditioner is not good, the room is old, like a sauna room, even when the air conditioner is turned off, you are sweating, so you have to sleep with the door open (through the balcony)..., no windows, not recommended

The Hotel is located at a nice beach. The room with sea view definetly worth to ask for. The rooms are renovated and great. But the best is the really friendly stuff everywhere and at the dinner and lunch area. They are very helpful and gave us a nice time here. Especially we want to mention Damla, the Lady in Red. She was very friendly and helpful and very strong and smart in Organisation. You always feel she has the right answer and focus. She organized us a great experience. Thank you all very much for the great stay.

Wir sind eine Gruppe von 12 Golfer:innen, die jedes Jahr zum Saisonstart eine Woche Golfen fahren. Heuer haben wir uns für das Kempinski Belek entschieden. Das Hotel und auch die Golfanlage haben alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Besonders loben möchten wir das Service - Ahmet Yildirim hat sich im Restaurant perfekt um unsere Gruppe gekümmert.

La vacanza non è iniziata bene perché i nostri bagagli non sono arrivati assieme a noi. Ma la nostra Guest Assistant Damla ci ha subito rincuorato, e già il mattino successivo abbiamo trovato un suo messaggio che ci informava che i bagagli erano già in hotel. Da quel momento ci ha supportato in tutte le nostre necessità, guidandoci nella scelta delle escursioni e del tempo libero. Una gran bella vacanza…. E ancora un grazie speciale a Damla!

5K Kempenski back to its best small and friendly with great golf on site. Thanks to the Lady in Red Damla for making sure nothing was to much to make our stay so nice and in the resturant Yakut for is attention to detail and always a smile on his face

Wir sind seit Jahren Stammgast in diesem super Hotel mit dem besten Personal.. Der Service ist exceptionell. Vom Manager bis Housekeeping 5 Sterne. Besonders Nudret/ Onur sind ein super Service Personal zum Frühstücken und Mittagessen. Lady in Red haben für alle unsere Wünsche ein offenes Ohr gehabt . Kommen wieder
