Sheraton Hotels in Johor Bahru

First of all, congratulations to Sheraton Hotel Johor Bahru on its grand opening on 1st October! I’m glad to have the opportunity to stay here during my short staycation. Overall, it was a great experience of the warm welcome and hospitality from all the staff could be felt throughout the hotel. We arrived around 7pm, and the check-in staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and he clearly explained the hotel facilities and layout to us. The room design is modern and beautifully done, equipped with new furniture and amenities. However, one small issue we encountered was with the bathroom amenities such as the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel containers were attached to the wall with adhesive and one of them fell during our stay. It might be better to have them securely fixed to the wall to prevent this from happening, especially when the area is wet. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a wide variety of food available, including several types of fresh fruit juice. The bakery bar and coffee section were slightly separate from the main buffet area, but one of the F&B staff kindly came over to our table to ask if we would like coffee or tea and personally served it to us. A thoughtful touch that made our morning even better. Overall, a pleasant stay and a great start for Sheraton Hotel Johor Bahru.
