Everything went smoothly. Starting with the check in until check out. The oicture shown that they let us put out things and luggages near the counter while waiting for our driver. It’s good that now have mynews convenience store but they don’t have plastic bag. I was wondering if someone bought so many things how are they going to carry all of that? Enough about the good things. Now is the not so good. Well, my family said that the breakfast was a bit boring because last time we went had many menus to eat. The coffee machine also take time n the queue was long. Inside the room, the iron is working but we do not know how to fill up the water as there’s wire inside the iron. In the toilet, try to have a long hose for bidet so that it’s easier for us to clean ourselves. Thank you.

Stayed one night there, room was very stuffy and poor lighting. Pillows smell weird. Requested for a queen bed during booking which they have options to choose from, but ended up giving 2 single beds. Shampoo was not provided, only provided one tub of body shower expected to use on hair as well. Otherwise it's near to JBCC, good to catch the early trains to Sg.

Room 238 - The check-in process was smooth and the receptionist was polite and helpful. - The room was clean and tidy. - Shampoo and soap were provided. - Toothbrushes were not provided. - Conveniently located on the ground floor were hot and cold water dispensers, as well as vending machines offering a variety of drinks. - Two small bottles of water were provided in the room. - Within a 300-meter walk, guests can find two convenience stores (7-Eleven and KK Super Mart) and three restaurants.

Stayed at this location over the weekend with my family. Had the family suite, rooms were spacious and nicely done up. Room had only 2 wall sockets near the TV. Staff was every friendly, and was able to provide some recommendations around the area. The water dispensing machine at every floor was very convenient. My only issue was we could hear people singing (probably from next unit karaoke) late at night. Warning note - Those parking in the number lots; you might wanna put the parking coupons as we saw lots of cars getting summons next morning.

Booked deluxe room.. for 2 nights and 2 rooms. Room are ok.. but 1 of the room toilet need to climb to access you can see in the picture 2 and 3.. tv was down for 1 of the room as they had black out in the apartment. The windows are small. No lift access so if your room is located in level 3 .. need to climb up the stairs. The only thing i would say good is the hot water pressure during bath.

Saw this hotel long ago but did not booked it. For last trip to jb before vep starts, booked family suite which was cheaper than Airbnb. 2 big beds in spacious room, small tv but good connection of local and sg channels. 2pairs slippers in the room plus additional disposal slippers in cabinet. Love there’s 2 bathrooms and enjoyed jacuzzi in bathtub. Very convenient location near aeon mall and many eateries and massage shops. Sound protection is bad as window got gap, no parking and must park public. Wooden cabinet is super creaky and noisy, need upgrade. Good stay. Be careful of lift door as it closes quickly and no sensor even if someone in the middle.

My husband and I so totally enjoyed our 3-night stay, very pleased to have discovered this lovely gem. Very well kept room and bathroom, clean sheets and towels everyday. Overall, the whole hotel was very clean. Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful - from Reception, Housekeeping to Security. Thank you all , keep up the good service. We had a cute little room, enough for 2 of us, (like who goes on holiday to stay inside the hotel room?) Definitely recommend this Belllo Hotel anytime. The eateries outside adds to the charm of Malaysian lifestyle. Nice and convenient, plenty of choices ..... although some coffe-shops should consider a good cleanup.

Clean room, friendly staff. I've booked the single bedder room and got it on the second floor. Unfortunately,I didn't get much sleep nor rest as there was an event held in the function room where loud noises can be heard - karaoke-ing, shouting and laughing. It was about right after midnight when the music stopped and I heard (I assumed) hotel staff was doing clearing of items, using trolley loudly. Overall, my 1 night stay would be pleasant if the doors/walls should be soundproof or have a cut-off time of 2200hrs for organizing such event in future.

Basically I always book Shobi JB because it’s near JB custom as for me to go Singapore & return back. Compare to stay at Singapore cheapest hotel which cost S$150 per night. This will be be very cheap to compare but you must drive in order to enjoy this currency different.

The check -in was regular and un eventful, but not very informed as to what we were getting for a room. We made our booking on booking.com however th room 208 that we walked into after check- in was nothing like the visual we saw online when we booked the room. The image online was a bright carpeted room with a large window, a queen sized bed with white clean linen. Room 208 was dark, had no windows, the phone did not work and there was a big patch of mold on the bathroom ceiling. We had to go back down to the front desk as the phone was not working so could not call down. Once at the front desk, I explained that the room we booked had a window, and we need to have a window. There was no apology for trying to put us in a room with no windows. The front desk lady explained that the only other room still available with a window has 2 beds not the one bed we booked. We did not have a choice, so we accepted the room with 2 beds. It was pass check in time, so there was not much rooms to offer. We were happy that we were able to get a new room available. Room 103, was better there was a window, but no carpet, room was one of 2 connection rooms, bathroom was clear of mold on the ceiling and good that the phone works and there was a bidet in the toilet and a rain shower too. We watched some CNA news in the afternoon but once we returned to the room at 10pm, there was no sound on the cna channel. We called down and were told it's the channel issue, I explained that there must be another channel in English not just CNA. We were told engineering has gone back for the day and will be back in the morning. I insisted and the lady informed that someone will come after 11pm to help, I said okay. The gentleman that came after 11pm, was helpful, he tuned channel 5, so that we could watch it and explained that cna is not working as its the channel issue. This was the best service provided to us on this visit.
