A great location, suitable for tourists without transportation, but not ideal for those looking for a place to rest because the soundproofing is very poor. We were assigned a room across from the elevator, which seemed to be a space converted from an emergency exit or storage room, split into two. At night, there was loud singing from the bar downstairs, and around 5 AM, we could hear prayers from the mosque. We couldn’t get a good night’s sleep at all. People were walking back and forth in the hallway, and the doors in the neighboring rooms were opening and closing loudly. If you don’t mind the noise and like the location, it’s fine, but if you want to rest, you might want to choose a better place.

We spent 5days4nights at this hotel due to impromptu trip so most of the nice hotels are fully booked so I couldn't book any other hotels so just choose to tune hotel. The room is super small, no toothbrush toothpaste, shower gel, slipper etc. But there is water dispenser in the lobby so still convenient to refill water. The channel of the tv are blurry and the 2nd night the aircon was down, hotel staff offer change to another room to sleep but we couldn't leave our children in the connecting room. So we suffered whole night. Overall still good to stay as there is a free car park not like other budget hotel which no car park at all. But the hotel room looked a bit old but the bed still comfortable to sleep.

I chose this hotel ONLY for the bathtub. Yes. I could choose another hotel which is much nearer to the city. But here we are. Anyways, overall, it was great. The downside is that there isn't any mirror in the room only in the toilet. The water pressure was not so good it was manageable. I did not know they provided a hair dryer cause I bought mine along. Maybe I will come here again. Hope the water pressure is good.

Booked deluxe room.. for 2 nights and 2 rooms. Room are ok.. but 1 of the room toilet need to climb to access you can see in the picture 2 and 3.. tv was down for 1 of the room as they had black out in the apartment. The windows are small. No lift access so if your room is located in level 3 .. need to climb up the stairs. The only thing i would say good is the hot water pressure during bath.

We booked family room. It is spacious with 2 double beds. It has 2 toilets. However the maintenance needed to be improved. Both toilet seats have already come out very dangerous. Its location is good, next door has breakfast.

The place is just a short 5 to 7 miins walk away from city square. We went early but they were not able to let us check in hence we put our luggage at the counter there. The male staff was especially friendly and nice. However, I wouldn't recommend staying there for long term (aka 3D2N) as it's very noisy at night, especially when the neighbours main room doors slammed as they close the doors and its so hard to sleep at night. We couldn't have a good night's sleep till about 1am even tho we rested early about 10pm, so the sleep quality is compromised. The bed was also sunk in, and there is one bed light on the right which spoiled.

It is located in a quiet place. Nearby have 2, 3 coffee shops. Able to walk to the CIQ, it takes about 30 minutes to reach. Day time can walk, night time better take a transport.

For a small budget with a family of 4 it's really a great deal. Very good location , walking distance to KSL and eateries which open till late. Breakfast was simple but for a cheap price and a 3 star hotel it's unreasonable to argue as you can still eat yr fill as it's a buffet. Would definitely recommend and come back for our next stay.

Musky smell in the entire building, dim lighting and pretty shady looking from the outside. Small room. Bedsheets weren’t very clean and some stains were visible. Toilet is bare minimum.

Overall good experience. Friendly reception and easy check in and check out. Nearby got many eateries and coffeeshop. Also many shops selling female clothes and such. Room quite clean. A little small but modern enough for comfort. Nice bed and good tv. Thank you!

Positive feedback: *Unit 4105 was generally well maintained and clean. *Was concerned that the unit may have cigarette smoke smell since smoking is allowed, but am thankful we didn’t find any malodour issues with it. *In terms of housekeeping, response from the team was quick - when I requested for additional floor mats and when I mistakenly enquired about provision of bath towels. *We could get pretty nice views from the unit and the location is convenient to walk to the financial hub, food eateries/restaurants, KK Mart, beach, etc2. Opportunities for improvement: *Had to follow-up and ask for check in info, which was sent just before 2.00pm on day of check in. *Check in was delayed until about 4.30pm; was made to wait, follow up and chase, with reason given that property was fully booked the day before and there were too many units to clean! *Check out time was revised from 12.00pm to 11.00am, but notification was sent through whatsapp at 9.20am on check out day, which I was not aware of until about 11.09am when I check my messages. (Note: But pic agreed when I said we will check out at 12pm since we check in late and they informed us late about the change of timing.)
