"We headed to R&F link bridge from CIQ-City Square mall right after we were informed check-in is available around 2pm+.  We were quite disappointed with the long walk with breakage of the link bridge due to RTS construction works ongoing. The long climbs of stairs down then up to the continuation link bridge is rather a hassle especially for guest who carries luggage as we have seen along the way. Luckily we only carried light backpack as we only stay for one night. The procedure of checking in to R&F Princess Cove is rather simple by following a step-by-step instruction via WhatsApp. The unit assigned to us is at B1-1 Block on the 33rd floor. It was right after the rain stopped when we reached. There is a broken-handle window along the corridor hence not properly closed.  The heavy rain has actually poured onto the corridor flooring and we almost slipped as we didn’t see the patch of water. The unit assigned to us was according to our request (away from lift, non-smoking & high floor).  The unit we should say, is well maintained, clean and really nice!!! The only flaw is that the seaview is not as expected (only a slant opening seaview perhaps). The only bedroom ceiling light cum fan is great. However, the bedroom entrance downlight electrical point is tied to the ceiling light cum fan which the entrance downlight can’t be switched off when the fan is in operation during sleep….anyway, we turned on the aircon thereafter in order not to be affected by the glaring bedroom entrance downlight. Even there are 2 pillows each, they are rather too soft and we couldn’t sleep well.  Apart from the above, we enjoyed very much at the Living and Kitchen areas where we watched TV drama & having our meals. The next morning while heading out to walk around the premises, a pale stale stink smell from the rubbish chute on our level can be smelt while waiting for the lift to go down…… The exterior environment of R&F Princess Cove (phase 2) is comfortable especially on the 8th floor where gardens, swimming pool, gym, viewing deck, jogging track and link bridge to R&F mall are resided. One thing to praise is that R&F Princess Cove has friendly, nice security guards and staffs who have communicated via WhatsApp, thumbsup!  Overall we think it is good to stay provided the CIQ to R&F Princess Cove link bridge is complete."

"First time booking a homestay in R&F Seine Region, a very pleasant beautiful experience for me and my friends. Great pools and facilities around this accomodation just 5 mins walk to R&F mall, 10 mins walk to city square. Cleanliness is superb bathroom is spacious, rooms is luxury. Hence, if you're staying at a high floor as for me I was at the 43th floor, the view was breathtaking. You can see SG on your right and malaysia on your left. Overall 💯/10."

"The room is clean. Staff service and response is ok. But take note that RM150 deposit is required for car parking access. The room does not have TV and washer. The bed is quite small due to the design, not suitable for those who is higher than 170cm. Overall, a comfortable stay. Location wise, about 16mins walk to JB custom. The traffic is quite heavy but still acceptable."

"Very clean, comfortable and spacious studio apartment next to R&F Mall. Within 10 minutes walk from JB CIQ. As my arrival was after 5pm, they gave instructions to get the keys at the lobby mailbox for self check-in. Thereafter, show to Security to enter lobby. Stay includes use of gym, swimming pool, sauna, billiards and table tennis rooms. However, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance for 3 solid hours (9am to 12 noon) in the morning which was a great disappointment as I planned to relax in the pool prior to check-out. The agent, ANJU should have informed prior to checking in."

"Dishonest room size. Its not 100m2 as claim, more like 45-50m2. Book with caution. Good thing they have washing machine, bad thing no dryer only outdoor hangers.you need to bring your own washing detergent or powder, but toiletries they do provide abundance. A lot of food around the vicinity. But not so easy to get a cab/grab out. Near CIQ so will jam"

"I am giving an average rating for the following reasons 1) the key box lock was difficult to open but if there is damage the property owner wants guests to bear the cost. Unreasonable.I took the help of security to open the mail box. 2) the roof of drawing room had some mould near the AC 3)the faucet in the bathroom was not there at all. Feedback was provided immediately.very sad as they want to hold deposits but don’t want to keep the property in shape. I am waiting for the property management to respond to my request for the deposit refund. They are yet to respond."

"1. It is very convenient to walk ten minutes from Lego Park! 2. The boss is nice! The service is good too! know Chinese 3. There are free fruit snacks in the room, as well as tableware preparation. 4. Very spacious. It ’s just that the nearby businesses do n’t eat much (and are not very delicious), but the whole area is like this."
