The bath tub looks damn dirty, it’s not suitable for kids. The water heater was very bad. The water suddenly turns cold while we were showering the kids. After awhile it became very hot water again, it’s too dangerous for kid.

The room is clean and nice. Check in is fast and hassle free. The location is convenient with a lot of shops and restaurants

Got a room in Tower 2, high floor. As mentioned by many other guests, the room is a little dark, and the design looks kinda outdated. But no weird or foul smell for the room I got. Very convenient location at KSL mall, with lots of food shopping and entertainment options available!

Fantastic as usual.. no disappointment again.. front desk staff was very friendly. Room was very well maintained so it's a thumbs up!

Good location and you can find good food inside the mall and at the street also outside the mall.

A better stay this time with KSL! This time we stayed at tower 1, the room looks newer. Only downside is that the aircon fan can be a bit loud. Breakfast variety is good, quality is average. Gym and swimming pool are good! Definitely gon stay here again next time :)

Good location to stay. Easy to go everywhere and a-lot of food to eat near by. Dinosaur water park is need to pay RM20 for each person. We will come back and stay again.

2nd time staying here. The last time was 2019. I was surprised by the improvement compared to the last stay. Too bad we only have time for 1 night. Will definitely come back again to stay longer .

Reception gave Tower 2 for the 1 night stay at 20th floor. What fastinates me is there is a hot and cold water dispenser outside the 20th floor lift. It's quite nice but I did not see guests using it. The hotel room was maintained well. There is a bath tub and a water dispensing to shoot water to clean your back side at the toilet bowl. I am unsure if these few features are unique to Tower 2. What I do not like is the air con temperature cannot be controlled by setting. It was lucky the temperature was still cooling thoughout the night. Our stay included a buffet breakfast the next morning. The spread looks decent. There are cooks frying eggs, roti prata and fried tuay teow. There wasn't much ingredients in the tuay teow. It will be good if they can include more ingredients.

Hi good morning, the room is clean n view can see swimming pool,overall is very good ,staff is friendly.

Need maintenance on their property. Was unlucky to be at a room where battery runs out for doorlock and aircon not cold enough. Windows need to be clean too.

The hotel's location is a major draw, as it's directly connected to KSL City Mall, providing easy access to shopping and dining.

Only down side is even is a non smoking floor and room but got cigarette smell 20th floor Housekeeper bring in ozone generator got help a little bit still got odour

The front desk lady don’t understand English that giving me the same room 25-40 as I mention I lost my underwear last week 06/-07 April while I staying in the room . Given me the same room 25-40 The room aircon is spoiled make me can’t sleep well due the the room is hot . I called to the counter dial 0 She mentioned will ask maintenance to come over In the middle of the night but the aircon are not fix . Morning I called again to the front desk and ask to change other room . Due to I can’t sleep well there are no aircon and the bed are itchi . I extend the stay in the hotel I paid $214 and changed to 25-28 but the room I found some  cockroach inside the room. That is so  terrible. They given me room that smell or fishing smell and the pillow case got stain and I check out the room in the night time and when back to Singapore and rest . 10.30pm I don’t know did the housekeeping change the  bedsheet and pillowcase ? Can the  management take a lookout? On the cctv ? I know the ksl  hotel are huge but bedsheet and pillowcase should change cause that is unhygienic That are not a joke at all . Thanks
