No bathroom inside the room as you need to do it on Onsen.

There is no bathing in the room, but you can take a bath downstairs. The room is relatively small, old, and a bit dark. It's not bad if you can't book a hotel during the Chinese New Year.

I stayed here with four friends on a motorcycle tour.
It was a rare tatami room.
It was big enough for one person to sleep in.
The facility also has an open-air bath with natural hot spring water and an izakaya.
The parking lot is spacious, so I recommend it!

The bath is great! I'd like to use it again when I stay in Joetsu.
Suddenly, I had business in the Joetsu area that required lodging, so I made a reservation. Fortunately, I was able to secure a room for four people. It was a Saturday, but the price was also very cheap. The parking lot is large enough, but there are many riders, so many parking spaces are used. I think that if they provided a bicycle parking lot, everyone could park efficiently. The room was in the "annex". The front desk, the large bath, and the restaurant are in the "main building". Check-in is done at the front desk in the "main building". There, you will be given a room key (one), a bracelet that serves as a bathing pass, a booklet with instructions on how to use Wi-Fi, and a breakfast ticket. To enter the annex, you must open the automatic door of the annex with the room key. I think this is a good security measure, but if the bathing times are different, you will not be able to enter the annex itself, let alone the room. When other guests enter and exit, you will somehow get in together. I thought a password code format would be good. Also, for breakfast, you must choose between Japanese and Western food at the check-in stage. Now, as for the annex, you take off your shoes at the entrance and put them in a locker. However, this locker door cannot be closed with normal force. We change into slippers, but since there is no attendant in the annex, everyone leaves them off, so they are facing in all directions. The room was a Japanese-style room. The room is right outside the entrance. When you enter or leave the door, you can see other guests passing through the hallway. The toilet and washbasin are shared. There are only two washbasins on the first floor, so it is quite crowded when brushing your teeth in the morning. There is a mirror in the room, but no dressing table, so women's makeup takes up a lot of time in front of the washbasin. You can use the bath "Monzen no Yu" including the sauna. Since it is an annex, you have to leave the building and enter through the main building entrance on the opposite side of the street, take off your shoes and put on slippers, take off your slippers again, pass through the dining area, and reach the entrance to the bath. You can lock the locker by putting in 100 yen (which you will get back later). There is a large public bath, an open-air bath (although it only has one barrel), and on the second floor there are sauna rooms with different temperatures and a cold bath. You need to bring your towels from your room. For breakfast, you can have curry or Japanese or Western style. If you are just staying overnight, you can have a futon and take a bath in the hot spring, so I think I will come again for this low price, but if there is space, I would like to stay in the main building.
