非常非常滿意！房間乾淨衞生，打掃的很到位。酒店顏值也不錯，擺渡車服務很快就到。尤其需要點讚的是早餐，每天換花樣，而且都很好吃，家裡兩個小朋友和兩個長者家都覺得酒店食物好吃，這很難得。共享隔壁希爾頓的中餐廳也很好吃。反正對我來説衞生和吃最重要，這兩個都滿足了就是好酒店。更何況顏值還不錯，本來我還考慮要不要定Ritz Carlton，但是考慮到這裏距離景區更近，少開點車的時間，那還是這裏更適合親子咯。

Service was very good and we were provided with a room at the highest point of the hotel, which gave us a great view of the mountains. Breakfast location was also great and we were given a complimentary bear at check out!

Average. One of the worse Conrad brands in China.
There are some flaws in the room design. For example, there is no height for the footrest under the glass door of the shower room. Even if the footrest is put, the door cannot be closed. As a result, you can only step on the floor to exit the shower room after taking a shower.
There are also problems with the indoor facilities. The coffee machine is broken and makes a lot of noise but does not produce coffee.

We booked a double room with a view, but there was no second floor available. The room manager was very considerate and upgraded us to a suite on the second floor. He also gave us a little bear before we left. Thank you to all the staff for your thoughtful service.
