I came to Jiuzhaigou again. It was all green in the summer and the snow-covered snow in the winter was set against the green. It was really beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel. It is worth the money. The room is clean, tidy, large and luxurious. The service staff are very enthusiastic. There is hot welcome tea. I feel the service that a five-star hotel should have. The room is also very large. The floor heating has been turned on before entering the room. Recommended

酒店的軟硬件服務都比較差！先説硬件，給我的房間窗口下大概有酒吧或餐廳，開窗通風時白酒味和菜的油煙味撲鼻而來，難聞；真是開了眼了，衣帽間的櫥門居然開在衞生間裏，難道要靠衣服去吸潮？！住過國內外許多酒店，頭回看到這種佈局的衣帽間；淋浴間裏面沒有任何放洗漱用品的地方，沐浴露洗髮水放在浴缸旁邊，淋浴房的玻璃門是左右移動式的，只有一扇門可移動，靠近浴缸的門是封死的，你要拿到必須拉開門繞出去走到浴缸旁邊才行；我是10月20日去的，當時房間裏面不開空調也很熱，被子又非常厚，想開空調降温的，結果不管調成什麼模式，空調裏噴出的都是熱氣，熱得根本睡不着，衹能開窗降温。再説軟件，晚上八點半去餐廳吃飯，菜難吃就不説了，問服務員吃早飯的餐廳在哪裡，服務員手一指説就在那裡，問她怎麼走，一樓還是二樓，都回答不出，最後説了句明天早上就知道了。這服務也沒誰了，真是天曉得。前面説了，淋浴房裡沒放東西的地方，打電話到前台麻煩他們提供個臨時供擺放的物品，答應馬上解決，結果直到我離開酒店時都沒送來（住了兩晚）。這服務就值半星，不能再多了。
