這家酒店位置相當好，挨着吉首大學，距離乾州古城和天虹商場車程就幾分鐘很近，上高速路段也衹需要2分鐘，酒店提供免費停車，坐在房間喝茶還可以欣賞外面的風景，而且服務員也非常熱情，房間衞生乾淨次性用品很有檔次，看來老闆還是捨得投入。整體入住體驗很棒!

位置絕佳，交通便利，周邊吃喝玩樂都很方便。 大堂布置得很有格調，工作人員態度親切熱情，從入住到退房都安排得妥妥當當，有任何需求都能及時響應。 房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，睡得特別安穩。設施也很齊全，衞生間乾濕分離。

酒店內部環境佳，設施都尚可，前台小姐姐服務超級熱情，很專業，還有機器人送物送外賣，房間也是衹能客控，酒店衞生間和淋浴間是乾濕分離處空間較大，很舒適，還提供了很多一次用品比如一次性刮鬍刀和一次性馬桶墊，很是方便，性價比很高！
