屬於極其不推薦的酒店。
打着攜程旗下酒店的幌子，服務態度極其惡略。
因為需要冰塊，拿了一瓶水去前台要求幫放在冰箱凍一下。
前台説早餐自己拿去餐廳，等早上拿去餐廳，餐廳居然説沒有冰櫃。你們給客人吃的速凍食品，都是哪來的？莫非你們壓根就不冷凍保存？
遇到問題酒店服務員更乾脆，要投訴就去投訴。無所謂！
一直等到攜程平台介入，才有所謂的管理人員電話聯繫。也是不疼不癢幾句話，一丁點的實際行動和誠意也看不出來。動動嘴而已。
攜程作為一個平台前前後後地打電話表示抱歉，請問你們酒店是幹什麼的？
就這樣對待自己的顧客還想生意興隆？

衝著麗呈品牌訂的，因為肇慶市麗呈住十分滿意，但這次吉首市麗呈就是一垃圾酒店，壞了麗呈品牌還敗壞攜程聲譽！我提早差不多一個月訂兩間房竟然無安排同一樓層，而且有房間安排在一樓花園路邊，無私隱且人在房裡一舉一動被外面自由進出遊客象玻璃房裡猴子那樣觀賞和拍照，路人可貼着房間玻璃落地窗説話干擾你，房子的主卧和洗手間浴室與公共路僅隔一塊玻璃，真是和動物園一樣！另一房間竟然是二樓無窗房，有一個陽台門對黑牆不採光且通風對流，關鍵是無防蚊蟲紗門，一開陽台門蚊蟲狂飆入屋，與前台主管溝通竟然説是無所謂點蚊香則可，真是**無愛心無責任心！關門後房間悶熱怪味，開空調都無所改善，是一間不適人類居住怪屋！廁所無任何地方或架子掛面巾毛巾和放衣服，你要在外脱光衣服再入浴室洗澡，然後光着身子滿房間與浴室之間走來走去擦乾身子穿衣服，真是**沒計！房間差到不適合人類居住，與前台主管溝通第二天換房被拒，更提出塞你去一樓房間做觀賞動物表演，最後被我們堅決拒絕！酒店是前後門24小的開放式，外面旅客由一大早到晚上自由進出玩樂遛狗拍照唱歌聊天。酒店民宿服務無一點人**心責任心，更不用説有什麼人文關懷！本訂4晚的，硬撐一晚趕緊跑了。

春節出遊最滿意的一個地方 乾州古城
張家界太擠了，芙蓉鎮，鳳凰和茶峒交通不便，主要是高鐵票搶不到呀
乾州古城的吉首是中轉站，想不到這裏的古城熱鬧又好看。
酒店很美，春節期間出遊一定安排這邊，趁着暫時還不用買門票。春節期間乾州古城好多節目，好玩又好拍

房間太小，行李架或者小桌子都不能放行李箱，衹能在地板上，感覺檔次一下子降低了，空間比較小，凳子也就衹有一個，脱了衣服都沒地方放，空調響的和拖拉機一起睡了，水龍頭剛打開還有紅色的水出來。

一共入住兩天，因為入住時間比較晚，當天沒有給伴手禮，也理解，後來忘記問工作人員要，但工作人員也沒主動提起給，評價的時候才想起來這件事
設施：其實裝修的很好，但是感覺設計的時候沒想明白，我洗完澡發現水從洗手枱下面的出水口漫出來，體驗很不好
