衞生和服務 環境分都可以給到5分！裝修非常有品味，前台給我們安排的房間背靠山後麪的，晚上十分安靜，早上起來還能看到後山的油菜花，在這個賞花的季節真的驚艷到了，中 午的時候還可以曬曬太陽，感覺很治癒。 在維也納酒店，感受到了優質服務與舒適環境的完美結合，真心推薦給來湘西旅遊的朋友的寶子們。

入住酒店都會先看評論，生怕踩雷， 對比了幾家酒店還是選擇連鎖的比較放心。果然沒有失望 停車場就在酒店的旁邊 很方便，前台服務也很好 包括酒店衞生也是很乾凈 推薦入住！

來湘西旅遊在這住了一晚，前台服務很貼心，知道我們喜歡安靜還特意給了高層安靜的房間。房間挺乾淨的，看得出經常打掃，床品也乾淨，床墊和枕頭睡着也舒服。停車很方便，不用額外收費。
