While it can be a bit noisy during the day due to heavy traffic, it's not too bad; it's much quieter at night. Before arriving, I was a little worried about the hot water from the reviews, but after asking the owner, I learned there's no need to worry. You can easily turn on the hot water switch anytime, which is very convenient. For me, cleanliness and comfort are my only requirements when traveling.
