小區管理完善，附近生活便利，有超市，飯店。到東湖公園很近，房間視野很好。房間很大

房間不錯，東湖公園附近，臨時起意回錦州看看，晚上臨時訂房，入住感覺很不錯1房間很大，衞生也比較乾淨2.位置方便，小區管理完善，不吵鬧，而且小區環境也不錯3周邊吃飯方便，飯店比較多。小賣店小區裏就有。去東湖公園走路10分鐘左右。總體都很好。7-8月適合東北避暑

缺點：衞生打掃的不是很乾凈，地上還有頭髮之類的，最難以忍受的就是反味（廚房水池，衞生間洗手池，馬桶均有不同長程度反味）卧室被子有汗臭味
優點：衣櫃裏有很多衣架可以用
