服務一如既往的差。
酒店業這麼卷，佔著這麼好的資源，不好好提升下服務品質，不理解是怎麼想的。
吃個早飯 用餐桌子被趕來趕去，飯還在吃，旁邊就掃地，拖個椅子乒鈴乓啷。
打個電話 前台 服務中心完全沒人接電話。
