酒店餐廳、入住大堂和房間是分開的三棟，入住退房會有車接送至古村落外停車場，外部車輛進不到古村落裏面。房間硬件很好，洗浴設施現代化，洗護產品味道很喜歡，房間温度適宜，空間很大，但沒有全身鏡、電視，垃圾桶衹有一個。服務來説中規中矩吧，會提前聯繫微信聯繫拉羣，響應很迅速。餐廳體驗了兩次，早餐是自助式，品種不算很多但品質可以，麪線糊很好吃。晚餐點了海南雞飯，雞有點老，其他菜品味道不錯。古村落其實不大，小半天就可以逛完，去的時候正趕上學生春遊，建議人不多的時候逛體驗感會好很多，百年榕樹推薦打卡，很震撼。

房間很大，在梧林村中心位置，非常漂亮，晚上遊客很少，很安靜，走走逛逛拍拍照很舒服！整體服務也還不錯，適合自駕！車子停停車場，會有酒店電瓶車接送，還是很不錯的！

在行館住了愉快的3天，默默升級了房型，特別喜歡。姑娘小夥們服務都很好，要求都能滿足，甚至在小雨時候拉着我去村口買吃的，太好了。體驗了藝文的簪花，和市面上的絕不一樣，有自己的堅持～作為以文化傳播為定位之一的酒店，應該能越來越好～希望有機會還回我的厝

作為人文度假品牌，青普個性鮮明。以梧林為例，600餘年古村落，祠堂戲台古厝番仔樓皆留存得當，文化家底豐厚，選址相當精妙。
且青普執掌古村改建，請了謎舍工作室，修舊如舊。櫸頭枳窗石埕照牆燕尾脊雙坡曲，閩風延承；木雕磚雕石雕剪瓷泥塑彩陶，細節豐富；複合酒店茶局咖啡室展覽館等，可謂是老建築活化之典範。
文化活動亦佳，僅戲曲就涉南音梨園戲高甲戲木偶戲歌仔戲等。春節更有舞獅魚龍舞等，沉浸式體驗很難得。
