還不錯，我是折扣比較大的時候訂的。六七十的價位，性價比算非常不錯了。地方就在萬達廣場對面，不是居民樓，是酒店公寓，這點比較喜歡。走路幾分鐘就能到萬達五店市。入住加微信領取密碼，無接觸，不錯。空調能制熱，不錯效果畢竟微弱，開了後確實有暖風吹出來，不過整晚裡頭跟外面感覺差不多。這幾天大降温，外面很冷，但裡頭空調製熱一晚上，好像也沒啥熱乎氣。隔音不知道，隔壁沒住人，挺安靜。但這種二十平米左右的，都是原來公寓一分為二，隔音應該不會好。退房時間十二點。衞生方面，我個人覺得可以了，但女孩子可能會介意點，因為感覺上是房東自己稍稍整理的，如果鏡子架子牆壁上灰塵污漬稍稍注意點會更好。洗衣機和電冰箱都有。冰箱可能太久沒住客用，裏面沒有清理擦乾淨，異味畢竟大，如果夏天買點冰飲還是能用上。總之，這個價位算很不錯了
