I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and each visit, I'm consistently impressed by the service, especially the incredibly efficient express check-out! There's absolutely no waiting when you leave; the process is streamlined and highly effective, saving you all the usual check-out hassle. The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant, with a clean and bright lobby. The rooms are well-designed with ample storage, and the hygiene standards are top-notch – every nook and cranny is spotless. The hot water supply is stable, and the internet speed is fast. It's perfectly suited for both tourists and short stays, offering excellent value for money and outstanding service!

There is no place to put things in the toilet. There are two hooks. The location is relatively quiet. It is far from the downtown area. The TV cannot watch the TV station. You can watch the network video. If you don’t take pictures, you can’t upload it. There are a lot of small snacks in the room.

I recently took a short trip to Jining with my family and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn (Innovation Valley branch) in the High-tech Zone. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, so I absolutely have to write a detailed review to praise it! For a family outing, this place is simply perfect, from its hardware facilities to its soft services. First, I have to highlight the excellent front desk service. From the moment we walked in, the staff displayed exceptional professionalism and enthusiasm. During check-in, the young lady at the front desk was not only efficient but also incredibly thoughtful, taking into account our needs with a child. She proactively asked if we needed kids' toiletries and patiently explained the hotel's facilities and local sightseeing tips. This kind of meticulous care made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived, instantly washing away our travel fatigue. The hotel lobby design is also a major highlight, with a very stylish ambiance. It features Hilton Garden Inn's characteristic 'HUB' lobby design, which integrates gathering, leisure, and business functions. In the spacious and bright hall, there are not only comfortable seating areas but also a self-service beverage bar and a co-working space. After checking in, my family and I relaxed in the lobby for a bit, enjoyed some cold drinks, and our child played nearby. The entire space is both stylish and cozy, perfect for families to spend time in. Stepping into the room, the cleanliness was impeccable! The room was spacious, well-laid out, and spotlessly clean. Even the hidden corners were thoroughly cleaned, which made us feel incredibly at ease. The bedding was soft and comfortable; my child didn't want to get out of bed! It's worth noting that the sofa in the room could easily be converted into a comfortable sofa bed, perfectly accommodating our family of three. The attention to detail in the design was very thoughtful. Breakfast was an even bigger surprise! There was a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options. From freshly ground coffee and waffles to steaming hot local specialties, it was nutritious and delicious. The kids enjoyed it, and the adults were satisfied, too. A hearty breakfast truly kick-started a day full of energy. In summary, our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Jining Innovation Valley was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to all families traveling to Jining!

Stayed here during Chinese New Year. The environment is nice, and even when I did my laundry late at night, it was delivered back to me in the morning as requested. Plus, there are many snack shops nearby. It's pretty good.

At around 2 a.m., the two old men next door were talking loudly, which made me unable to sleep. I guess the two rooms are connected by the bedside wiring, so the sound insulation is not good. I hope the boss can improve the sound insulation at the bedside!!!

Booked a room with friends and kids to go out. The hotel is very close to the Underwater World, and we will come here after playing there. I browsed online and made a reservation and also gave a small gift to my child. The front desk service was very good and recommended delicious restaurants nearby.

The room is clean and tidy, the environment is beautiful, even the carpet in the elevator is very attentive There is a large shopping mall next to it, which is very convenient for shopping and leisure I was in a hurry and didn't have time to go to the restaurant for breakfast. The front desk helped me pack it in advance. The service was thoughtful. 🥟The taste is also great. I can have a good breakfast on the high-speed rail🎊🎊🎊

It's great. Since it is centrally air-conditioned, it won't feel cool with the air-conditioning on this season!

The hotel service was truly excellent; the staff were all very welcoming. While checking in, I mentioned to my friend that I was feeling a bit unwell with a cold, and a receptionist immediately gave me a cup of cold medicine, reminded me to drink plenty of water, and introduced me to the hotel's breakfast, laundry room, gym, and nearby shopping centers—so thoughtful! After check-in, they even gave me complimentary fruit—peaches, bananas, and cherry tomatoes. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was super effective. The next morning, while having breakfast, I ran into the same receptionist who had checked me in at the restaurant. She again introduced me to the hotel's breakfast, which featured a very wide variety of options. She was truly attentive. We chatted briefly, and I specifically asked her name. It turns out that this thoughtful young lady even has a lovely name—Dandan. Overall, I had a very pleasant trip, and the hotel met all my expectations. I highly recommend it.
