I personally don't like to let children wear sandals after taking a bath. I hope this can be improved. 2. The towels in the room are really bad. You can see from the pictures. After all, it's a hotel that costs 1,000 yuan a night. I don't know at what price I can get two good towels. 3. I booked a suite, but there was no bathtub in it. When I booked the hotel, I mistakenly thought there was one from the photos. Of course, it's my fault that I didn't call the hotel to verify. I went to the front desk and was told that only the rooms with the word ”luxury” have bathtubs. Does it mean that you can book an ordinary luxury king-size bed room or something like that? The bath ball I excitedly gave my baby was not used. 4. The service staff in the hot spring center feels too few. It may be because of the Chinese New Year. If you want something, you have to find someone all over the world to get it. In addition, I don't understand why you have to use a wet towel and then change it to a dry towel. Where is your service reflected? Is it reflected in handing over a towel? 5. The hot spring center should still focus on outdoor pools. It's too cold and windy outside in winter. It's still not suitable.

Overall feeling good, very satisfied. There is Wanda Plaza next to the hotel, and there are many choices for eating. The room is large, well equipped and very new. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety. The only downside is that the bathroom lacks a hanging rack hook for hanging clothes or towels, if it can be improved.

The front desk upgraded the deluxe standard room for free, the experience exceeded expectations! The room is spacious and comfortable, and every detail reflects the hotel's quality service. The location is very good, close to the industrial and commercial street, the room is quite big, the scenery outside the window is really average, but it does not affect, the front desk attitude is very good, there is no noise in the environment, the room is no problem as a whole, but the door is too big, it feels like it is not closed, the main problem is the quality of the people coming and going. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the corridor was talking loudly, and the child ran back and forth in the corridor. He was speechless, so the sound coming in was louder. The second night was much better. There was no noise and interruption.

The hotel is generally good, the price is very high, I booked the room type when I checked in and it was not cleaned out. The front desk immediately upgraded to a deluxe bed room. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was OK. I didn't eat much. The room attendants who needed the items in the room were quickly delivered. When checking out, sit in the lobby bar and quietly enjoy the hotel music. The song is in line with the hotel style and the melody is beautiful, which makes people involuntarily unload their anxiety. Will choose this hotel next time.
