3-Star Hotels in Jinghong

We loved this guesthouse! We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately they were fully booked. So the room was great, we actually booked one of the smaller double rooms, but after seeing inside one of the duplex rooms when we come again next time we will book one of those instead cause they looked gorgeous! The location is perfect especially for the night market which is only very short walk away. This could be an issue though if you like an early night and are a light sleeper as the night market goes on rather late. In terms of amenities, the main thing I liked was the swimming pool, it was refreshing and certainly not as cold as I expected. I spent several happy hours in there. There is no restaurant on site, but you are surrounded by lots of restaurants and the owner kindly pointed us in the direction of one of the great ones. The best thing about this place though is the service. It’s a family run guesthouse and they all, from the grandparents to the owners to the little baby, really make you feel welcome! Just book! You won’t be disappointed!

Was 'upgraded' to a 1 bedroom villa because our chosen booking was being decorated, but the villa is open downstairs so it is full of insects, dirty and pretty unusable. Plus the view was just of a street and other villas and I really wanted a view. The villa is far from the pool and it takes time to book a shuttle to go anywhere. Would be nice to have food or drinks service by the pool but there is nothing because the main building is used for selling other villas. The pool is only open in the afternoon as well 13:00-20:00 which is when most people would plan to go out and do things. Very few shops and restaurants around. Asked for our rooms cleaned, they took our dirty towels away and didn't replace them, they left too few bottles of water.

The location of the hotel is OK, but I feel that the room decoration is a bit long. Breakfast was nothing to eat. It is said that there is a swimming pool on the 2nd floor, but unfortunately I didn't try it. I hope I will try it next time I come again.

The overall appearance of the hotel is magnificent, the room is clean and odorless, it is the best choice for home travel, it is highly recommended👍👍👍

During this trip to Xishuangbanna, I stayed in a villa homestay, and the experience was full! As soon as I arrived at the homestay, the housekeeper greeted me warmly, helped me with my luggage, and checked in quickly. The room is warm and distinctive, integrating Dai elements, with bold and harmonious color matching, soft and comfortable bedding, and the villa is surrounded by dense rainforests. The air is incredibly fresh, and every breath is full of the taste of nature. During the day, it is very comfortable to bask in the sun, drink tea, and feel the breeze in the courtyard; lying in bed at night, listening to the sound of insects and falling asleep, as if I was back in my childhood! The service of the homestay is also very considerate. Not only does it provide free airport pick-up and drop-off, but it also helps plan the tour route. The recommended attractions and food are superb. The infinity pool is a good place to take photos and check in. The water is very clean and the view is also superb. After swimming, you can also bask in the sun on the lounge chair, not to mention how comfortable it is. It is very convenient to travel. Overall, this stay experience is very good. Next time I come to Xishuangbanna, I will choose here again!

I didn't have the habit of writing reviews before. This is the first time I want to make a comprehensive evaluation of hotel accommodation, with 5 points out of 5 points, 4 points for the environment, and 2.5 points for the service. The overall environment is really good, backed by Manting Park, and the courtyard is exquisitely constructed. You can enjoy the lake and the scenery, and you can see that the boss has put a lot of thought into it. The sister at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped us upgrade the room type for free. But other experiences can only be said to be average, and the reasons are as follows: 1. Objective factors interfere with rest. There is a building under construction at the gate, and it will start on time at 8:00 in the morning. Don't even think about sleeping late or sitting in the courtyard during the day. Of course, this belongs to the external environment, and it is not transferred by the will of the store. There is really no way, so it is not a big problem for me to go out early to visit the scenic spots. 2. The service cannot keep up, including two issues of hygiene and service awareness. We booked two rooms for three nights. On the first day, there was a mistake of not closing the door of the guest's room after cleaning. Since we didn't have anything missing, we didn't report it to the boss. And the garbage that fell next to the trash can can still be seen the next day, and it seems that it has not been cleaned after cleaning. On the third day, no one tidied up the room. Not to mention changing the bedding, at least the garbage must be thrown away. The staff told the auntie that she didn't come to work, and asked us to collect the garbage by ourselves and put it at the door. If my aunt doesn't come to work tomorrow, do I need to mop the floor by myself? These things, big or small, discouraged us from renewing the lease. The service industry regards service as the product, and the successful operation depends on the individual efforts of the boss alone, but also requires the joint efforts of the team. It is recommended that the boss improve the service awareness of the staff. Don't really have a guest lose something. When the praise of careful marketing collapses, it's too late to try to remedy it.

The room is very unique, the breakfast is also rich and delicious. It is very close to the inn to eat, shop and visit the Xingguang Night Market. The transportation is very convenient. The boss and the front desk lady are very warm and friendly. It happened to be the Water Splashing Festival, and the boss specially prepared a lot of tools for water fights. It was so thoughtful! I would like to stay here next time I go to play!

🚗 Transportation: Convenient transportation, in the center of Gaozhuang, very close to Xingguang Night Market, you can call a car when you go out. 🧹Hygiene: The room is clean and wide and beautiful. 🍃Environment: The environment is also very good, with an independent swimming pool and a large lobby. 🔔Service: The service is also very considerate. The little girl at the front desk introduced us to the local attractions and delicacies, which saved us a lot of worry. It was a very satisfying trip, and I will come again next time.

The BaiMa (White Horse) Hotel is on the 9th floor of a beautifully designed building. It has a tea drinking area at the elevators. The whole hotel, including in the rooms, has pictures of what I think is an expedition race the owner took part in -- but it's not overdone. The location is perfect, right on the center west of the new north-side of downtown JingHong (main tourist area). Right beside the night market. Delicious food found at the restaurants nearby. Corner store (with decent wine) downstairs. Motorcycle and scooter rental down the street in front of the hotel. The best views of the Mekong! The room was big, spacious, and postmodern (contemporary) in decor -- very comfortable and still having personality, not just a ”white room” as so many hotels are styling themselves as, these days. There is even a small fridge and a full-sized washing machine! The bathtub on the balcony was very romantic. The cost was worth it, compared to more expensive rooms in other hotels. The staff was beyond helpful, first by allowing me to choose which room I would have, and second, by helping me order flowers and food to my room. They even brought us free chopped fruit. They had cleaned my room during the day when I went out, even changing the bedsheets when they noticed the sheets were dirty.... +++ The only negatives I can think of is that the AC does not make the room cold enough for a spoiled Westerner like me (but most people won't have a problem with that), and the tub on the balcony is still missing it's fixtures. Oh, and the pictures of the racers above the bed was a bit strange. Of course, I wish it was cheaper, but actually the price is probably fair considering the cost of other hotels and how well done this hotel is. Overall, a beautiful and excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it.

The most comfortable hotel I stayed in during my visit to Yunnan. It is very close to the Xingguang Night Market and can be reached by foot. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to other scenic spots. The hotel lobby is decorated with a tropical rainforest feeling. The Thai hammock in the lobby is very photogenic. The room is very clean and the decoration of Dai paper is also very atmospheric. I didn't see that there was a large bathtub when I booked the room. It was really a surprise. The store manager and the front desk were very enthusiastic. It felt like I was home. Overall, it was very good! Recommended!
