Very impressed with the service of this hotel, from receptionist, to housekeeping, to any staff you might bump into along the way. Breakfast is also good, with variety and taste good.

The hotel has all the facilities and equipment, the breakfast is delicious, there is a parking lot at the door, and there is also an underground parking garage. When you enter the hotel from the front door, the girls Wenwen and Jieyu at the front desk greet you warmly. The hotel also has a fresh fragrance that makes people feel very comfortable. Whether it is from the hardware or the software, it is very comfortable.

Apart from saying haha, I really don't recommend staying here. When you open the curtains in a twin room, you can actually face residents of two different high-rise residential buildings in the same community (Figure 1). Where is the privacy protection? Do guests have to manually draw the curtains even in broad daylight? I found a sharp foreign object at the buffet breakfast on the first day (Figure 2). I reported it to the hotel restaurant waiter, but was asked which room it was from. I did not receive any apology or corresponding feedback from the hotel until I checked out. When checking out, the guests were told by the front desk that if they left a positive review online before 2pm on the same day, the hotel would provide a tea can. Haha, haha, haha.

The room is very large, on a high floor, with a very good view and a very good feeling. It is very suitable for family stays. It is very convenient to go downstairs to various attractions. The lobby manager Lanlan has a very good service attitude and will consult for advice. A souvenir was given when checking out. All in all, I am very satisfied with it.
