I have been a loyal guest of Haile Resorts for many years and have stayed at several of their branches across Ethiopia. Unfortunately, my recent stay at the Jimma branch was the least impressive compared to the others. The breakfast buffet, health center, and overall experience did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect from Haile Resorts. In addition, there was noticeable noise late in the evenings, which affected the quality of rest. The staff were polite, but not as warm and attentive as I have experienced in other branches. While the stay was still decent, it lacked the charm and service quality that usually make Haile Resorts stand out. Overall, I would rate my stay 9/10. I hope management works on improving the quality of service and facilities at this branch to bring it up to the level of the other excellent Haile Resorts.

The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent amenities that make the stay memorable. Every detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the food, was handled with great care and professionalism. I genuinely enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend Haile Resort Jimma to anyone seeking comfort and outstanding service.
