MM251909****Extremely satisfied! The location is absolutely perfect, right above the Xintiandi supermarket. You go through the metal gate next to the supermarket, and it's the first building. Downstairs, there are entertainment facilities. The room has an outdoor balcony where you can see the rainbow slide, grass-skiing, and cable cars. It's also convenient for drying clothes. The water heater is electric, so remember to turn it on as soon as you enter the room. That way, you can take a shower immediately after coming back from your activities.

I booked the most basic room type and didn't sign up as a member until I got to the front desk. It would be more cost-effective to call the front desk directly and book a better room type at a discounted price. You should be able to get a better room type for the same price. The breakfast is very good. There are several delicious snacks, including freshly cooked noodles and wontons. There are also a lot of fruits. I came down late and there are not many fruits, but some are delicious. There is also coffee. Skim milk and yogurt are great value in my opinion. Eating out is not as clean as eating in a hotel. Sifangshun is a well-established hotel nearby. You can have a meal once in a while, but it is a bit greasy. I recommend Atour for breakfast. By the way, there is an activity area in the hotel lobby, where you can work and relax online. The Internet speed in the room is also good, so you can work and relax. The corridor was very quiet, and no one yelled in the morning or evening. I guess Shizune was doing a good job.
I will choose Atour next time I come to Jilin, and I will give priority to Atour when traveling to Yunnan in September.

Iiron rabbitFirst of all, I would like to thank the hotel for upgrading me to a two-bedroom and one-living room type during the off-season. The service of the staff was also very good, which is the key reason for giving a high score this time. Let me give an objective evaluation of the hotel:
Room: Overall Japanese-style decoration, bright and simple, with a fireplace. In particular, there are two viewing balconies with first-class scenery, directly overlooking the distant mountain snow trails, which is very good and has become a plus point for the entire journey.
Facilities: The mini bar has a rich variety of drinks and is equipped with a Dyson hair dryer. There is no heating at the end of the snow season, but there are plenty of radiators and the bedding is also very comfortable.
Ski package: The price of more than 2,000 includes two single-day ski tickets, snowshoes and snowboards, which are worth more than 1,300. There is an exclusive corridor to the ski resort on the second floor of the hotel. The ski resort has a hotel-exclusive VIP locker. The snowboards provided are BURTON, which are all very good. The package does not include helmets, gloves, snow goggles, and masks, which need to be brought by yourself or paid extra.
Service: The front desk service is very online. Although it can be seen that the store is about to close and there are not many staff, they are responsive to room requests and the ladies are very hard-working.
Catering: The breakfast is really full marks. It is all Japanese, with ramen, miso soup, sashimi, etc. I have been to many hot spring hotels in Hokkaido, and this breakfast product is really not inferior!
Interlude: I questioned the quality of the water for washing in the room. The identity response of the staff at the first time further deepened my concerns, causing a night of anxiety. But fortunately, the hotel has upgraded the subsequent treatment. The manager's response attitude is very positive. He also said that compensation will be given in the next snow season. The most touching thing is that he has been waiting for me to come back from the snow trail and check out to find me as soon as possible. With such employees, everything will be successful. I hope it is not because I am a black diamond. . So I will not expand on the process. I hope the hotel will still pay attention to it. Infrastructure is no small matter, and better serve customers in the next snow season.
After the whole experience, except for the episode, I still give a high score to Baiwanshi. I hope that the hot spring will open next time I come.

The front desk staff, especially the young woman, was incredibly warm and friendly. Definitely five-star service! The room's decor was thoughtfully designed, and the color scheme and lighting weren't just thrown together – you could tell effort was put in. But the real highlight was the bedding; the king-size bed was so comfortable, just the right balance of soft and firm, which is truly rare for a resort area like this. It really boosted the overall value for money! Another plus was the cleanliness; the room was spotless and very comfortable. When we went for the cable car, the resort offered convenient pick-up and drop-off within the area – a quick call and they were there. We also asked the owner for local restaurant recommendations, and none of them disappointed. I have to say, the air quality at Wanda Songhua Lake is genuinely fantastic; it's so relaxing. I hope the owner's business continues to thrive. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Songhua Lake for a vacation; you'll experience spring-like warmth.
