This was a gem of a hotel. The staff were so incredibly helpful and treated us like family. We booked here for Chinese New Year to ski and didn’t know what to expect as neither of us speak much Chinese. It didn’t matter. Everyone tried to help us. I realize Holiday Inn is a big brand hotel, but it feels far more friendly than that and homely. The skiing was easy to organize. The hotel can help book ski and board hire and passes. The hotel is right next to the slopes - you can take a shuttle bus or walk 4 minutes. The skiing was also excellent - hard packed snow as you would expect, but the slopes are well laid out. The hotel restaurant was also good. Great breakfast and dinner was hot pot and buffet. Great trip - will be back!

The room is big, just a bathtub can be topped by a room, magnificent, the service is also very good, the cleaning aunt is very happy, the front desk is very warm. The twin room without windows on the first night was too hot, and the twin room with windows on the second night was much more comfortable. I never wanted to come to Dongbei to die of heat.

It's not big, it's apartment-style, there's no safe, no refrigerator or minibar, especially the bathroom is very small, the curtains let light in in the morning, the price is not cost-effective. Hygiene, very clean! The two girls at the front desk on the night of check-in had a strong sense of service, and arranged a suitable room for me according to my needs, which is worthy of praise. Wang Xiaoxue from the hotel's guest department helped me with a late check-out. The breakfast was okay, but the staff in the breakfast room were rather indifferent, not enthusiastic, and didn't provide any service... I asked the waiter for a cup of coffee, and the response was to make it myself. The girls at the noodle stall and the omelette stall had an indifferent face for breakfast for several days! Also, the hotel will give you a set of protective gear when you check in, but it's better not to give this kind of protective gear, it's very difficult to use, and it's not soft. You can hardly see anyone using it at the ski resort, it's not as good as a little turtle🐢

The room environment is good, with plenty of sunshine on the sunny side. I live on the 14th floor. Convenient parking, good location, and the waiter cleans promptly and thoroughly. It is worth staying next time.

This hotel is highly recommended. The environment is really good. It is on the 8th floor. It has a big bed and a big window. Suggestion: The lid of the tea cup was broken. The reason is that the lid is not visible as a lid, but as a bottom of the cup. In another room, we also mistook the lid for the bottom of the cup. It just fell to the ground and did not break.

The coziness of the space actually added to the comfort of our stay, and we felt right at home. One of the highlights for me was the hotel slippers—they were incredibly soft, thick, and comfortable, offering a nice touch of luxury and relaxation. Another nice surprise was the hotel’s thoughtful gesture of providing free porridge in the evenings. After a long day of exploring, it was a warm and comforting treat to enjoy before bed. Additionally, the hotel is well-equipped with convenient amenities like washing machines and dryers, which is always a bonus when you're traveling for an extended period. For food lovers, it’s worth mentioning that the hotel is just a short walk from 新兴园饺子, a famous local dumpling restaurant. The proximity made it easy for us to enjoy some of the best dumplings in the area without having to travel far. Overall, the hotel provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and service, making it a wonderful choice for anyone visiting the area.

I have stayed in countless hotels, and the family room at the Riyadh Hotel is the best (not one of them). It is really big and comfortable. The kids really like it and don't want to leave. We have no choice but to stand up. We have to go back to Dalian tomorrow. The food in the restaurant is good and cheap, especially the shaomai, it is so delicious! The house price is super cheap! It’s also during the National Day, so I have time to take the kids to stay for a few more days! There’s no need to go out to find food.

The room is clean and bright, the hotel decoration is quite new, and the bedding is relatively clean. I booked the most basic room type and didn't sign up as a member until I got to the front desk. It would be more cost-effective to call the front desk directly and book a better room type at a discounted price. You should be able to get a better room type for the same price. The breakfast is very good. There are several delicious snacks, including freshly cooked noodles and wontons. There are also a lot of fruits. I came down late and there are not many fruits, but some are delicious. There is also coffee. Skim milk and yogurt are great value in my opinion. Eating out is not as clean as eating in a hotel. Sifangshun is a well-established hotel nearby. You can have a meal once in a while, but it is a bit greasy. I recommend Atour for breakfast. By the way, there is an activity area in the hotel lobby, where you can work and relax online. The Internet speed in the room is also good, so you can work and relax. The corridor was very quiet, and no one yelled in the morning or evening. I guess Shizune was doing a good job. I will choose Atour next time I come to Jilin, and I will give priority to Atour when traveling to Yunnan in September.

I stayed at the B&B when I went to Songhua Lake Resort to play in the snow. The room was very spacious and had air conditioning and heating. Brother Jie and Brother Sheng were very enthusiastic and provided great service! There is a small supermarket and snow suits and equipment for rent on the first floor, and the breakfast was pretty good. It's about a 10-minute walk from the commercial street of the resort, but the B&B has Tesla pick-up, which is very convenient.
