After arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff upgraded the room type for free. Good environment, good service, rich and delicious breakfast. All the service staff have a good attitude, and I will stay again next time. The hotel offers beautiful mountain and river views. While the location is a bit out of the way, its excellent value for money more than compensates. For its price point, the breakfast was quite impressive, with a noticeable Chinese influence. Our room had a remarkably spacious bathroom with excellent natural light. The only minor drawback was the absence of a proper shelf or counter in the bathroom for toiletries. We had to place them by the door and fetch them one by one as needed, which was a slight inconvenience.

The unilateral cost of 200,000 is indeed more comfortable than the whole season of Atour oranges of 10-15 10,000. It is mainly reflected in the sound insulation of the door and wall, the quality of bedding, toiletries and breakfast. Of course, the design fee cannot be saved. The location is very good, the core area of Fengman District, go out and turn left to Xiamen Street, where there are many foods, recommend Xinxingyuan dumplings restaurant (museum store), both cultural and specialties, but also good quality and cheap. Go out and turn right for one kilometer to the riverside, walk on the plank road under the willow shade, and walk to the Catholic Church in an hour and a half. Not much to say about the rooms, sound insulation is the most important experience, better than the whole season and oranges, reflected in the door thickness, bedside board thickness, window materials and other details. Intelligentization is not our most fancy, but pay attention to hygiene and cleanliness, which is also very good. The quality and service of the restaurant is also very good, Mafen and Western pastries, hot dishes, fruit freshness, etc. all reflect higher than the whole season and Atour standards. Hope the hotel gets better and better. PS, the noise of the emergency overhaul of the thermal system in front of the door starts at 7 o'clock in the morning. This is not a complaint to the hotel. The guests pay attention to it themselves. It is no problem to go to bed early and get up early.

This is a very good hotel. My mother and two babies are very happy. The hotel rooms are very luxurious, much better than the hotels of the same price in the south. The service quality, especially Wang Bing from the front office, made us feel at home. She was very enthusiastic and explained clearly all the questions we didn't understand. Just because of Wang Bing, I will stay here again when I go back to Jilin.

The room is clean and bright, the hotel decoration is quite new, and the bedding is relatively clean. I booked the most basic room type and didn't sign up as a member until I got to the front desk. It would be more cost-effective to call the front desk directly and book a better room type at a discounted price. You should be able to get a better room type for the same price. The breakfast is very good. There are several delicious snacks, including freshly cooked noodles and wontons. There are also a lot of fruits. I came down late and there are not many fruits, but some are delicious. There is also coffee. Skim milk and yogurt are great value in my opinion. Eating out is not as clean as eating in a hotel. Sifangshun is a well-established hotel nearby. You can have a meal once in a while, but it is a bit greasy. I recommend Atour for breakfast. By the way, there is an activity area in the hotel lobby, where you can work and relax online. The Internet speed in the room is also good, so you can work and relax. The corridor was very quiet, and no one yelled in the morning or evening. I guess Shizune was doing a good job. I will choose Atour next time I come to Jilin, and I will give priority to Atour when traveling to Yunnan in September.

It was my first time to go skiing in Songhua Lake and I didn’t have a high budget. I chose Qingshan Apartment as my accommodation. The boss helped me throughout the entire process and informed me of the address in advance to mail the skis. The skis were brought into the room one day in advance. When I checked in, I saw snow when I entered the room. The board will be really happy. Every day, I will ask if I need the aunt to clean and replenish the corresponding disposable towels and other items. The third phase is actually not far from the ski resort, only a 10-minute walk, and the Qingshan Canteen is right outside the door. There were so many delicious dishes, and I ordered an acid-removing massage to come to the room. My aunt said that my room was about the same temperature as a prince, much warmer than a salmon. In short, I will choose this hotel next time I come!

I browsed many hotels near Songhua Lake Resort and selected this one based on reviews, so my expectations were quite high. However, the actual experience after checking in didn't quite live up to them. First, regarding the location, finding parking was a real challenge. After check-in, the room's ambiance, decor, and amenities definitely didn't feel like they belonged to a hotel that had just opened in 2024; the wear and tear were very evident. The AC wasn't central and blew directly, making it uncomfortable. The bedding felt a bit damp, likely due to the mountain air. There was no in-room phone, so contact with staff was exclusively via WeChat. Our family room had an incredibly tiny bathroom, with an even smaller shower stall. The shower drain was clogged, and because it was a hot water tank system, the three of us had to take turns, waiting for the water to reheat between each shower. Bathroom hygiene was notably poor. The kitchen sink was also clogged. A tip for non-locals visiting Songhua Lake: do your own research. Don't rely on hotel staff for information; you'll understand why. Also, if you're traveling with kids or are wary of dogs, be sure to keep your children close in the elevator, as you might encounter large dogs, given the hotel is pet-friendly. As for the positives, the small tea room was nice. The shuttle service was good. Breakfast was decent. The hotel's exterior environment was pleasant.
