The owner was very responsive. The room was quiet even though it is right next to the big shopping mall.

中途斷電過，由於我從事這方面，幫他檢查了一下。是因為空調用電太大了，不知道老闆懂不懂，他那個空調是3級的，耗電很大，很快，一般這種空調都是外租給別人為了多收電費才安裝的，自己長期搞日租公寓真不建議安裝這種空調，1級最好，2級也行，長期來看，省電的錢都能換空調了。空調導致跳閘斷電，體驗感有點差，但是整體還行！

樓層高，舒適不影響入睡。繁華商業街，出行方便，樓下有大超市，和老闆溝通非常誠懇。下次有機會繼續入住的。
