乾淨衞生，室內不潮濕，冰箱大，免費給升級了複式樓，樓上樓下卧室都要空調，投影，衞生間，浴室裏還貼心的放了小凳子。還有晾衣架和小陽台，可以觀山景，美美噠！還有麻將機自娛自樂！

設施：齊全，定了兩個房間，有一個有冰箱微波爐和鍋，可以做飯
衞生：整體乾淨，物業管理不錯
環境：在別墅區裏，環境非常不錯，在聯排別墅裏，有台階小路，有汽車大路
服務：非常好，到山下商業區遛彎回來可以電瓶車免費接

老闆給了我們兩個房間挑選，選了大一點的， 非常寬敞4個成人住完全沒問題。
窗外風景也不錯，樓下有停車場。
在稍遠的位置需要開車上坡可以問門口保安，物業不錯。
