The staff were friendly and helpful. You could make an appointment or send your clothes to the front desk for cleaning. After drying, you could schedule a time to have them returned to your room, which was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was okay, though limited in variety and leaned towards Cantonese cuisine. People from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai might not be comfortable with it. The dinner buffet, included in the room rate, was surprisingly good, with a decent variety and good taste. The waiters were also very friendly. The hotel is located in the old city, close to attractions and restaurants, and is highly recommended. I was a bit annoyed by the TV projection fee, which is the cheapest in Chaoshan at 5.99 per day and 7.99 for two days. The shower room was also quite small. While there was a folding clothes hanger, it was still inconvenient to store towels and a change of clothes.

I can't believe a hotel at this price point could have such excellent hardware and software! One perk of traveling during the off-season is the chance for a room upgrade. The location is super nice, just a few minutes' walk from Jinxianmen, and places like Ezuoshe restaurant are also just a few minutes away on foot. The water pressure in the room was steady, there's a smart toilet, a smart speaker... all the toiletries are comprehensive too. The room layout is very sensible... truly incredible value for money. There's also free parking. The only regret is that this morning, I'm not sure if there was construction, but when I picked up my car to leave, it was covered in a lot of white stuff, and the front desk couldn't give me a clear reason why.

We had a wonderful time in this ancient capital Jieyang and staying in this hotel (3N4D), had definitely contributed greatly to our holiday experience in Jieyang The hotel was well-located - walking distance/ short distance on electrical tricycle ride to Xuegong Square (we were there everyday!), walking distance to nearby morning market and night food stalls. The room was very comfortable and contemporary designed, with modern comfort and smart electrical/ digital set-up. There was piped-in music when one was in a shower. We also enjoyed the breakfast, having a chance to try the local Teochew food for breakfast. There was also washing machine and dryer for our laundry which we used while having breakfast. The reception counter staff were very friendly and helpful with our requests/ questions. I will highly recommend this hotel for those travelling to Jieyang.

YYIN HINGAtour Hotel @ Puning gave us the best experience like our own home, the warm hospitality provided by front counter staff - excellent. They taking care of each checking in guests so detail that until they have prepared raincoat & mosquito repellent for our short visit to the villages. during our stay at Atour - we encounter raining day , when we go out (waiting for the hired car) the staff automatically passing us umbrellas. Atour also provide us with the free laundry - this free laundry not only provided machines and dryer, there always a staff that to assist you and take care of your laundry, when laundry completed - fold and put nicely into the laundry bag with your room number (some of them they even send it back to individual room). As a frequent traveler, hotel like Atour (Puning) should be a trend and this will be a winner for hotel service provider.
Atour even have a library filled with many text books for our reading, all those books are very interesting cover many topic.
Atour also provide a ” Tea session Place” for your convivence - which you would not be able to find elsewhere, I guessed after Atour, many other hotels might copy their concept as well.

XXiaoyabubuFirst time staying at an Atour hotel. Overall, the hotel was quite good. There was a minor issue during my stay, but it was handled quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The complimentary late-night congee was a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely consider staying at Atour again in the future. The facilities are excellent and deserve commendation.

RRousicaomeiI booked Orange Hotel when I was traveling in Puning. It was really unexpected. It was surprisingly good. The transportation was close to the main road and the outdoor parking was free. The room was very clean, including the corridor and elevator. The most important thing was that they provided laundry, which was free and super value! The dirty clothes accumulated due to the bad weather in the past few days were washed, which was awesome! After washing and drying, they smelled delicious, so comfortable! Must give a good review!

JJiejiedididiA good mood sets the tone for the day, and beautiful moments always seem to pass too quickly. No amount of glamour or entertainment can compare to a night of peaceful sleep. I won't elaborate on the importance of physical well-being here; instead, let me share my honest thoughts on my stay at Puning Yunduo S Hotel International:
Service: The staff were smiling, attentive, cheerful, and very proactive. They assisted with luggage, delivered milk and sweet soup, and even offered car wash service.
Hygiene: The room was clean, with no hairs or strange odors. Hot water in the shower came on within 5 seconds, allowing guests to quickly wash away physical and mental fatigue.
Facilities and Equipment: High-end, elegant, and classy. Simple yet stylish and tasteful. I noticed that all the equipment used after the renovation is very high-end, and the facilities are excellent. The mattress, bed frame, and shower head were all outstanding, both in terms of performance and quality.
Dining: The buffet offered a wide variety of food, and the dishes were clean and fresh.
Overall, my stay at Yunduo Hotel left me feeling refreshed and delighted. It will be my top choice for future stays.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at this hotel was quite good. The decor was nice, the room was clean with no strange odors, and it had great natural light. In the evenings, they even brought fresh fruit and snacks, which was a lovely touch.
The service was very attentive; anything we needed was just a phone call away. The hotel's location is easy to find and convenient for getting around, with a commercial food street right nearby.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I bring my parents to visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new, clean and sanitary, the bed is very soft, there is a smart toilet, and the staff are warm and thoughtful. The kids liked the projection screen very much and said watching movies on it was so cool that they wanted to stay in the hotel without going out. The hotel is very close to Linjiang Avenue, which is nice for a walk or a tea break by the river in the evening. The key is that the price is affordable and very cost-effective.

GGuest UserWe are a group of 16 families booked into this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A welcome drink, Chinese tea, and Lo Hon Goa were provided to all guests at the lobby daily; we enjoyed the drink after a long day of traveling in Jiexi.
Free laundry and dryer facilities were provided. I have traveled to many countries, and this is the first time I have experienced a hotel offering free self-service laundry. What I mean was, no coins required to use the washing machine. They were free to use.
Good buffet breakfasts were provided. The three-person room had ample space.
There was a blocked toilet issue, and they fixed it straight away.
Highly recommended to everyone.
