設施陳舊，環境偏避，房間異味大，服務極差，下午6點到達酒店，居然沒房，以後絕對不會回頭訂了。

房間隔音極差！半夜12點半，幾個保潔在房間門口大聲講話搬東西，多次向酒店前台反應，對方卻毫無歉意，並稱不是自己所為。希望找酒店經理反饋，卻遲遲不肯出麪。衞生間非乾濕分離，瓷磚地面卻無塑料拖鞋，請問客人滑倒了要怎麼辦？可住4人的家庭房卻衹放了2瓶水和2雙紙質拖鞋也不知道是什麼意思。衞生間的捲紙也只有人家用剩下的不到半捲紙。
