沖涼水都不通，沖個涼水漫金山。但酒店好像是在改造升級，不知道有沒有涉及到這一塊。沒有對比就沒有傷害，本來想換着住體驗不同的感受。 揭陽還是建議住迎賓館。當然也期待此酒店改建更好。從服務早餐 都不盡人意，但我不是個很挑剔的人，衹是因為對比，價格也便宜了100多。

服務態度滿分！前台小姐姐辦理入住很快，還主動推薦了附近的遊玩路線。客房阿姨每天打掃都很仔細，有需求響應也特別及時。

設施設定都比較新，衞生條件很好，重點表揚一下服務意識，午餐在酒店用餐，上菜特別慢，最後一個菜沒上來，買單時候有一丟丟不愉快，回到酒店大堂就跟前台服務人員吐槽幾句，完全沒想到的是酒店特別重視，不但給長者送了果盤道歉，還有兩個工作人員跑上來致歉，並再三表示馬上整改，態度特別好！感覺特別被重視！酒店每個門都有工作人員，看到客人進出主動開門，打招呼，賓至如歸的感覺！餐廳雖然上菜慢，但是味道確實不錯，如果忽略我家長者行動不便想早點吃完早點休息，單論菜品還是可以的！早餐尤其不錯，還有服務人員看我們有長者不方便，幫我們端餐品，幫忙照顧長者！如果滿分一百，給這家酒店的服務120分，超預期！交通也很便利，停車方便，酒店後面就是一條美食街，不是那種露天攤位的，都是那種一間一間店鋪，有個陳興牛肉火鍋，便宜好吃，步行2分鐘就到啦，我們五個人340吃撐了。後面奶茶店，手工店，小吃店，特產店，啥啥都有，晚上逛吃逛吃很方便！酒店按摩就很一般，手藝一般，服務一般，一到鍾立馬結束，我感覺是沒夠鍾，但是自己沒看時間，就沒吭聲，還有就是感覺按摩師不是特別專業，不便宜268一小時。希望對大家有幫助，如果有機會去，還會選擇入住這裏！對了，白天還給打掃一次衞生，送金幣巧克力！
