房間寬敞整潔乾淨，交通方便，距離揭陽學宮、騎樓、大排檔等景點步行十分鐘左右，唯一不足就是隔音不太好，樓下汽車摩託車經過聲音很清晰

位置好，走到古城不到十分鐘吧。邊上一條馬路有個大排檔，晚上人很多，看菜點單，生醃，魚飯，白粥，海鮮，熱炒都有，價格也不貴。當地人來吃的不少。
