I love this hotel! My experience was very pleasant from check-in to check-out. The rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the services and facilities of this hotel, and I will definitely choose to stay here again when I travel here next time!

The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

First time to Jieyang and this hotel is a gem in terms of location near to Jinanmen Gate and Tianfu Street, high level of comfort with good space, great service from counter, room cleaning and breakfast area. We always enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. Better not be too late for breakfast as it ends at 9.30am. Highly recommend this hotel.

A hotel that is comfortable and unforgettable. First of all, the flight was delayed for more than 3 hours due to heavy rain in Jieyang on May 9, and it was past meal time when we arrived at the hotel in the evening. Thank you very much to the young man Xiao Zhang at the front desk for his friendly reception. He contacted the restaurant in time to extend the meal collection by half an hour, and was anxious for the guests, so that our muscles and intestines that had been running all day could be full. Such an attitude is heartwarming! First, Xiao Zhang introduced us to the smart use function of the room when checking in. During the stay, the whole house smart experience was very good, which was an unexpected surprise! Second, the hotel gave us a buffet for breakfast and dinner. I thought that the dinner was probably a very perfunctory meal, but it turned out to be another unexpected surprise! Breakfast and dinner are very rich. In addition to stir-fried dishes, there are also most snacks in Chaoshan Jieyang area. The taste is very good, especially the anti-sand salted egg, oyster omelet, and beef rice noodles are very good. The chefs and big sisters in the steaming, boiling and frying area are also very enthusiastic, and they are very considerate to introduce the types of meals. Third, the overall service attitude of the hotel is very good, and the service of each position in the front desk, restaurant and guest room is satisfactory. If I come to Jieyang again, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to relatives and friends.
