The front desk didn't tell me the breakfast and dinner time when I checked in. After I checked in, I found that the air conditioner in the room was noisy. The people who collect the meals in the restaurant all wear their own clothes.

The hotel is in a moderate location, and is within walking distance of various attractions such as Zhongshan Road, Jieyang Palace, Jinxian Gate, Chenghuang Temple, etc. There is even a bus at the door that goes directly to Jieyang and Chaoshan High-speed Railway Station, which is great. . The room is quite large, clean and bright, the toilet is separated into dry and wet areas, and it is quite large. The bedding and toiletries are of good quality, and the sleep is very comfortable. . There are also laundry, drying and gym facilities. . There are many choices for breakfast, and the quality and taste are very good. The waitress is very attentive, the service attitude is very good, enthusiastic and active, and diligent. . The white porridge is also served with top-grade salted duck eggs, coffee, a variety of milk choices, Cantonese dim sum, noodles, and desserts are all delicious. . The front desk service is also warm and thoughtful, impeccable, and the hotel is very cost-effective. .

The room is simple and elegant, but the heating is not working for a deluxe single room at this price. It is cold in the morning. The water temperature is not hot enough. The waiter is very polite, and there is a park for walking.

The staff were professional and were very polite. We asked for late checkout and the request was granted. The rooms were big and clean. We were given rooms on the same floor and facing the Rong Jiang, the view was great! The rooms even came with fruits every day! Would have loved to stay longer at this hotel if our trip wasn't so short. We found tasty and great variety of food behind the hotel too. Would come again to stay at this hotel. I agreed to give it five stars and upgrade the room type, so I just believed it, but everything else was very good, except for the service at the front desk! The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

This hotel is the most affordable and clean hotel I have ever stayed in in Jieyang. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. I would like to come back next time. It is cost-effective. Mainly during the Chinese New Year, this hotel can clearly see the nearby dragon dance and welcoming ceremony. From the hotel room, I could clearly see the fireworks and feel the strong smell of them.

The environment is good, not far from the scenic spot, the bedding is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, and the hardware facilities are okay, but the sound insulation effect is too poor. I remind future guests not to live on the ninth or tenth floor. There is a KTV on the eleventh floor, where ghosts and wolves sing. The noise lasted until four o'clock in the morning, and it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep well. I am used to praise!
