The staff were friendly and helpful. You could make an appointment or send your clothes to the front desk for cleaning. The breakfast was okay, though limited in variety and leaned towards Cantonese cuisine. People from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai might not be comfortable with it. The dinner buffet, included in the room rate, was surprisingly good, with a decent variety and good taste. The waiters were also very friendly. The hotel is located in the old city, close to attractions and restaurants, and is highly recommended. I was a bit annoyed by the TV projection fee, which is the cheapest in Chaoshan at 5.99 per day and 7.99 for two days. The shower room was also quite small. While there was a folding clothes hanger, it was still inconvenient to store towels and a change of clothes.
