The hotel is very clean, the room decoration and color matching are very beautiful, the toilet is smart, the facilities are very complete and new, the room has a large leather sofa, a large TV, and a large bathtub. The children are very happy to take a bath in the large bathtub. Jiayuguan is very dry, and it is equipped with a humidifier, which is very considerate. The shower cap is removed and there is a black leather cover inside, which is very friendly for women to wash and brush their teeth. It is very thoughtful. There is also Xiaodu smart control of lights and curtains, etc. The waiter is very enthusiastic. Breakfast was also sent when checking in during the National Day. The breakfast is rich and varied, but you need to go early. The overall stay is very good. If I come to Jiayuguan next time, I will stay here again.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the bath water is hot and very comfortable. Hygiene: It's clean and no dead spots were found. Environment: The hotel is a bit far away from the old city, but next to it is the 4A-level scenic spot East Lake Park. The night view is beautiful and you can overlook the Qilian Snow Mountain. Service: I received a call from the hotel front desk in the morning and took the initiative to reserve a parking space for us. We received warm hospitality as soon as we arrived at the hotel door. The staff were proactive and professional. The welcome snacks in the room gave us a small surprise. The restaurant staff also introduced us to the scenery of Jiayuguan, which left us with wonderful memories.

I originally booked this hotel for the two factors of pick-up service and proximity to the high-speed rail station, but I was disappointed with this hotel for these two reasons. First, the pick-up service was only until 6pm, which was very useless. Second, the hotel is located in a very remote area, and there is an additional charge for chartering a car to pick you up. In addition, the service was indifferent, the lights were not on in the lobby, it was deserted, and apart from the newer hardware, there was no cost-effectiveness!
