🏨Jiaxing Hilton Hotel For the third night of our trip to Jiaxing, we chose International Group, which is also said to be the commanding heights of Jiaxing. The guy at the front desk upgraded the room to a higher floor. The room is on the 40th floor. It's a pity that the smog was quite serious in those days, the glass was not clean, and the field of vision was deducted. The grandeur and details of the hotel are still rated online. Compared with Hilton prices in other cities, it is also very cost-effective. We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

Service was good, friendly, facilities there seems to be plenty, good architecture design. Cons: non-smoking room smells like smoke continuosly, suggesting the aircon system is circulating smoke from somewhere. it's not squeaky clean Breakfast was pretty good. Nearby parks are nice to walk in.

The hotel's surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and its location is very competitive and convenient for travel. Although the furniture and facilities in the hotel are quite old, the maintenance level is very good and the living experience is comfortable.

The transportation is convenient, the room is large, hygienic and clean, the bedding is neat and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and has no odor, the bathtub is very comfortable, the water in the shower is large, the shower is refreshing, the breakfast is rich, the taste is okay, and it is nearby to eat There are not many places, and you arrive late at night, so you can only order takeout for late-night snacks.

I came here for the second time. The service was very proactive and enthusiastic. When we arrived, they took the initiative to upgrade us to an executive room, and there were welcome fruits when we entered. The room was bright and the bathtub was comfortable. The baby loved it. Before leaving, they also gave us a small gift for staying and words of blessing. It was a very comfortable and thoughtful experience. Thumbs up!

A friend recommended Nanhu Hotel, which is good. I thought there would be more people on weekends and the price would be higher, so I chose to check in on Sunday. It's not far to drive from Shanghai to Jiaxing, which is more suitable for people like us who don't have the endurance to drive a long-distance car. The hotel is right by the Nanhu Lake, and the overall environment and greenery are good. I bought a garden view room package on Ctrip, and after communicating with the front desk, I paid extra to change it to a deluxe garden view room. The room is very atmospheric and the facilities are also good. Because it was built in 21 years, I occasionally smell some decoration smells, but because it is autumn, the smell is not as strong as in summer, and the balcony door can be opened, so it has no effect on people. Although the hotel fitness venue is not large, it is also quite satisfactory. The swimming pool can accommodate up to three people at the same time. The hotel restaurant has Chinese food, Japanese food and Western buffet, and the taste and variety are also good. Because the hotel is built on the edge of Nanhu Lake, guests staying in the hotel can swipe their cards to enter Nanhu Park unlimited times, which is more suitable for older people to play. There are many attractions around the hotel that can be visited on foot, such as the Haogu Tower built to commemorate Wu Zixu in the Spring and Autumn Period, and the Jiangnan-style Lanxiuyuan, etc. There are also complete living facilities around Nanhu Lake, among which Nanhu Tiandi is similar to Shanghai Xintiandi Commercial Center, with good dining, shopping, and entertainment. Overall, I feel that this weekend vacation is very good. The only regret is that the guest room faces the Jiaxing Railway, and you can hear the sound of trains running every day. The room is facing the entrance and exit of the hotel's underground garage, and there will be noise from vehicles coming in and out from time to time.

The hotel has a good environment and a superior location. There are many fun and delicious things around, such as the Zongzi Museum in Yuehe (you can also go to eat the Chuanliu Buxi rotating hot pot), Nanhu Red Boat, Xitang, etc. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is very timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in time, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. A very satisfactory stay experience. It is a very good hotel and worth recommending. The hotel parking is also very convenient. You can enter and exit at will by telling the front desk the license plate. The environment nearby is very good, the night view is very beautiful, it is a check-in point, and you can also go to ride the Ferris wheel next to the hotel.
